Very good central accommodation

Great location, central to the centre of town, parking on site and very safe feel to the place. Very clean and spot on with their description of facilities. Would happily stay here again.

Stayed on a Friday night so it was a little noisy but that is to be expected at a centrally located hotel and very good value for money so to be expected. Bed was firm

Good value for a short stay.

Good location in centre of town near everything. Room was clean and tidy.

A bit noisy in the evening as room overlooked outside bar area. TV very small.

Fantastic location.

Great location. Central in the town, walk everywhere. Clean rooms with large shower. Easy check in. Plenty of parking.

Only downside was that the queen bed mattress was very hard.

Basic Rooms in the pubs former car park but perfect Location!

Basic & clean but fabulous location. Literally right in the middle of town!

Fine for a night or two on a budget

Incredibly loud next to the generators of the pub. Constant noise. During the day you do not notice it but at night it stopped all of us getting to sleep even with earplugs.

Staff were great & room met expectations. would recommend.

Location and price were great, with the location behind the pub it was a good atmosphere and an easy place to get good food/drink.

The frustrating part was the light coming through from the pub, it would of been nice to have blackout curtains or dual layer curtains to stop light from coming through.

We are at the cafe across the road

The bathroom floor wasn’t very clean and the heater didn’t work but apart from that we like everything else

Great location in centre of town, good meal available at the attached pub. i ended up in a triple room as last one left, electric blankets on the beds but needed another power cord as if 3 people were in the room not all blankets could be plugged in.

If you need a dark room take a sleep mask as the blockout blinds don't go over the edges of the window so light will come in around the edges.

The location was ideal and check in/out super efficient

The main window didn’t seal between the two sliding glass panels which meant a lot of noise came through.

Exceeded expectations.

Location very convenient. Was what I expected beds and a bathroom. Having a fridge in the room was great and the heating was exceptional (air condition worked fabulously and was quiet. Plus electric blankets on all beds. Dinner at the pub was delicious and reasonably priced.

Lost 1 point on cleanliness for a hair on tiles in bathroom but other than that was clean and tidy.

We would prefer a room at the ground level but I guess there are no Queen Twin Rooms available at the ground level.

Nice and comfortable.

It’s clean and comfortable. bathrooms are spacious and new.

Some mix up with the staff giving my room to another customer who was staying in that room night before. We arrived late and didn’t really need the extra waiting. We got upgraded to an apartment which was amazing but has no wifi. Normally this would be awesome but because we had two rooms our families were separated a couple of streets away so not as convenient. The apartments is not where the hotel is.

Its in the heart of Bright , close to everything

The noise from the refrigration unit at the back of hotel is too loud to have a sound sleep. All three rooms we booked had the same problem.
