Great Hotel - would stay again

Great Location, comfy room and staff were helpful. I was at the hotel for 2 nights in Feb and it met my requirements. The Staff were friendly and helpful and there was always someone on hand if required. The location was great with a fresh fruit and veg market close by as well as a few well known eateries within a couple of minutes walk. Kettle and small fridge in the room were a welcome touch as was the aircon. The hotel had a nice and peaceful vibe and a nice smoking area for the morning Coffee and cigarette. i would definitely stay again the next time im in Phuket City.

Amazing value for money

- Great lobby - Great breakfast - Cozy room - Nearby Old Phuket and various attractions - Helpful staff

- This location is well far off the beach, hence it might not be suitable for someone who wants to enjoy the beach, although it’s a great place to stay if you want to explore the island and its various attractions for a couple days. - Couldn’t find any 7/11 or Tops nearby. - The bed could have a headrest for better support.

I loved the place

The location is great, the food is just right in front of the hotel, in the morning there’s a wet market you can explore for local breakfast and night they have restaurants and night market is only 5 mins walk from the hotel

A pleasant one night stop over

It was a good price for one night.

I didn’t like the location, felt a little unsafe. The aircon is very loud.

Convenient to rassada pier and comfortable

very comfortable for a one night stay when we had an early ferry the next day! super conveniently located. also next to a great night market :) very clean.

OK for one night in transit. Pro: at (night-)market.

Very close to market/ nightmarket (directly opposite) with lots of options for street food dinner. Tops supermarket in 5min walking distance. Good for one night in transit to e.g. islands.

Everything in the room is worn down (from couch to sink). We knew this in advance, so for the current price it is ok for one night of transit.

Not a worth to stay and value for money

I dont think i would come back, there is no interesting to point out from this hotel. There are much more good and new hotel around the area that are offered more cheaper rates

The room was untidy. Found a used cotton bud on the floor which I assumed it was from the previous guest. The bathroom is very small and needs to do a deep cleaning. Bed linens are ruins and smell not so clean. When we took our breakfast, unfriendly staff from Housekeeping and FnB felt us uneasy. No greetings at all with a poker vibes visible from their faces (unfriendly) as it looks like they need to work because we were there.
