因為冬天冷,馬桶蓋超冰的,建議可以換成有溫度的馬桶蓋

Last minute booking so it was a bit pricey. Room was really big and comfortable. Showers were spacious too! Enjoyed the restaurants available in the area.

Ideal for KITEC
Electric power points - half did not work

room is cosy
The check-in takes ages. I don't understand why it takes so long. They probably needa optimize/upgrade the current check-in system.
3.6
The room was uncomfortable because of the humidity even though I kept the air conditioner on.
I chose the meal because it was called Very Good, and it was a poor meal served in a paper lunch box.
3.6
The proximity to my work.
The staff is not welcoming. Doesn’t know how to smile. Not very welcoming. Poor English.
The breakfast is low quality.
3.6
It was far away from metros and buses
3.6
Room with one window looking to a wall inside the hotel, like a prison !!!
3.6
New, clean, great rooms
Very little shops or restaurants near the hotel.

rooms are smelly.. not clean. take longer time responding for room service. very rude poor reception.

The only reason we stay there is because it’s close to Megabox where we have a hockey tournament to join.
The staffs at the front desk! Sour face, rude tone, unhelpful, don’t want to go extra miles for anything. The rooms are clean but not big and can’t see outside (facing stairwell). Breakfast is terrible.
3.6
Plenty of power points and 2 USB sockets in the room, including one of each accessable from the bed.
Nice spacious shower
a small gym.
No handrail in the shower. This could be a problem for older people who are not as steady on their feet on a slipery floor. I am 76

The room is clean and the location is quiet and not too busy.
You need to walk to the MTR station and limited bus access.

Hong Kong is a very small city, so nearly everywhere is well connected, but not this hotel. The hotel was re-invented from an industrial building that it is in an industrial area, so the nearby streets of the hotel become very quiet after 8 or 9 pm that it is not an ideal choice for single woman traveler. The hotel was re-invented from an old industrial building, but the reform did not fit the requirements for people to stay in, like my room does not have any sunshine even it has quite a big window.

Booked a family room which was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Location was good. Hotel nicely done up for what used to be a factory….not what you expect as doesn’t look like hotel from the road.
Reception was very slow for check in. There were about 10 people in queue and 1 person at check in. I was second in line and waited about 15 mins to be seen.
No English TV channels. Hotels are generally for tourists therefore should cater accordingly with international channels. No parking offered only monthly parking however it is a hotel not a serviced apartment so most guests would stay 1 or a few nights only. Had to park at mall nearby which was expensive to park at overnight.

Room is clean and practical
I am working remotely in the hotel and it would be great if the window can be open for air refresh. The room is a bit too dark because of the design and the fact that the windows are facing the corridors

Not much at all
Bad arrangement for breakfast. One day I was served with the options for different types of breakfast. Another day I didn’t have choice for breakfast because the restaurant suddenly was closed without notice. However I have paid for the same amount of money to 2 days of the same room.
Service manner wasn’t good because the receptionist didn’t achieve the good quality of service. The attitude wasn’t really nice. It may be acceptable to some clients but it isn’t enough for the hotel with good service.
Before I have come for a few times but the service still could not live up to expectation. The environment isn’t bad indeed. Hope that it could improve one day.

1. compare with price, room is not so bad.
2. limited channels on television (even some channels are blinking and shows low signal) but still have several extra functions such as mirroring or Youtube.
3. not so tidy.. but at least you may not able to see any stains as the carpet is not bright.
4. air-conditioner works well, too cold, you may need to turn off while you sleep.
1. Worst breakfast ever.. the restaurant close in the morning and they pack a cold croissant, an apple and a cup of orange juice. there is no options, take the cold food and back to your room... only coffee that you can have is instant pack in your room.
2. I was really disappointed with their attitude, the reception(only 1 male staff) did not say any greeting when we enter.. fine this was not worst part. While check-in he request to fill personal information, it was really detailed, even include my home address. The form was really unfriendly instructed and there was no English version even I do not read Chinese.
Hotel request deposit $500 but did not let me know the amount, just ask to give my credit card... was it problem that I ask how much is the deposit after they already use my card? He was yelled that they have not yet charged.
(I was shocked I wasn't expected high quality service but how could shout to guest?)
3. In the morning, there are piles of rubbish bags in front of each rooms,
4. Location is far from MTR station, you may need to walk at least 20min unless you take taxi.
I will never visit this one again, of course no recommendation to anyone.

The room was well appointed with lots of space. We walked to the Ice Skating rink and movies in MegaBox for our child's 12th birthday and had a lot of fun,
The breakfast included in the package was below par.

very interesting industrial heritage with exhibition n decorations. Friendly restaurant staff
cannot work at night when my spouse needs to sleep because the room will be too bright. A desk lamp on request would help. Not sure if available.
