FANTASTIC! I would recommed without reservation and would happily stay there again.

We were met by our host and handed over the keys and showed us the room, assisted with tours, taxis et. Very kind, easy to communicate with and very accommodating with requests via Whatsapp.

A beautiful hotel in a great location.

Great location and view with a responsive and friendly staff.

The property itself was great, but the baggage transfer service left a lot to be desired. The hotel is located on the side of the hill overlooking the caldera, so the only option is to walk the luggage down from the top and back up again. That’s the same for every hotel in the area, so that itself is not an issue. The issue comes when they don’t carry the suitcases—and instead drag them over the cobblestones and bounce and scrape them over the steps and up the hill. We had significant scratches all over our brand new luggage, a broken wheel, and even a cracked case. The amount of damage was simply amazing.

Live like a king. Book this place

The location was perfect. Easy walk (by Santorini standards) to everything. The views are amazing. We had our own private staff lady who brought breakfast everyday. We had both suits so had Two great balconies.

Go for the 30 euro breakfast every morning! It’s amazing!!’ Overlooking the water. Staff is so wonderful!

Everything! The view was stunning!!! The staff was absolutely lovely. The room was fantastic and charming. One of a kind.

Excellent location. Beautiful view. Good breakfast. Cool hot tub!

I didn’t have a problem with this at all but you do have to be able to go up/down several flights of stairs to get there. Worked just fine for me.

Not two rooms, bedroom and living room are one common and small space. Suitable for couple only.

The location and views of the Caldera

The property was advertised on Bookings.com and seperate bedroom and living room which is completely inaccurate as it it one room it’s the main bed( which was supposed to be in the bedroom?) Seperate by 1 metre from the single bed (In the living room). This is one room, no way to mistake it for two rooms. Extremely disappointing.

Beautiful view

Location, in terms of view was fantastic! The balcony afforded a panoramic view of the caldera. Having breakfast on the balcony each morning was a real treat. The hostess was easily reachable by e- mail and was very responsive. Breakfast was delightful. Hot tub was a nice touch. Indoor pool was lovely.

Beware that while the view is amazing, the hotel is not very close to the street so lots of walking to get to and from the top. 2 bathrooms are advertised in the deluxe apartment but one is only a sink and toilet in one of the rooms, literally an arms length away from the bed. The upstairs bedroom is also VERY small with barely any space to put things.

Great Experience

The host was very kind to led us to the suite and help us carry our luggage downstair the cliff. The rooms were clean, with views of the sea and the volcano, and the location was perfect.

Amazing accommodation in a wonderful location

Everything was amazing about the Volcano suite. It is such an unusual property built into the Cliff with an internal and external hot tub. It is two stores with the walk way bridge connecting it to the outside terrace!! Just amazing

The view, proximity to everything, the toiletries. Everything was very clean. Manager was very responsive very friendly. It was nice to have breakfast served every morning.

The bed had a slight sag towards the middle but was still comfortable.

Wonderful!

Loved that breakfast was included although it was the same thing everyday. The location was unbeatable, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone! They were able to organize airport transfers, boat tours, places to eat! There was a beautiful view of the sunset from our room- forget OÍa!

Amazing stay, loved every second

All the staff are amazing and so so helpful! Very seamless transfer from the port to the accommodation, myself and my 2 friends had the best time here couldnt fault the accommodation the view was amazing and hot tub! Also the pillows were like clouds! Lovely breakfast too!

Amazing stay in paradise

The Volcano suite was exceptional. The staff from the minute we arrived couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Always there for you. We can’t wait to return already. Felt extremely safe, room was spotless

Nice place with a great view!

The room was much bigger than the pictures and way nicer than anticipated. The view was spectacular and it was an uninterrupted view of the caldera. The area is great, you are in the heart of the Cliffside of Fira. The staff was friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns.

The breakfast was prepackaged and was just okay at best. The walk up and down to the room wasn’t great, but the view from the room made it better.

The view from the terrace was beautiful and the host was very helpful.

The rooms had no Windows that overlooked the view. It was dark and gloomy with no sunlight. The only way to enjoy the view was to go out to the terrace. The next door guests were loud and decided to play music and be loud in the middle of the night.

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay in the sea suite. The view and the hot tube were perfect! All the staff was very nice and helpfull. Thank you! We recommend it!

Breakfast adapted to covid19 Times. It should be more generous with ham and cheese for salty lovers for instance.

Amazing stay at a wonderful B&B

STUNNING VIEWS. The room itself is so spacious-- my kids (age 12,9,5 and 7 months) enjoyed the space. The upstairs was a cool feature, and it was just super comfortable! The indoor pool was such a cool, unique feature! The breakfast was excellent and the hosts are so wonderfully responsive and pleasant.

it was really so very nice, its hard to say anything negative! The towels could have been softer? It was sooooo lovely!
