Lovely accommodation in a great, central location. We had two rooms and they were both spacious and with great artwork and overall presentation. Ortigia is a beautiful place and very active in the evenings, but once we were inside it was very peaceful.
The staff were lovely and accomodating with our late check in too.
Nothing really - a few little signs of wear and tear but that isn’t a criticism at all.

Just nothing did I not like

It was amazing, very clean and very nice rooms
The parking is a huge problem and the parking spaces are a bit far from the location so if it will be raining it would be an issue with the luggages
4.5
Central location and great service from the staff! Suite 1 is spacious, tastefully designed but practical...small details like design touch lamps, generous storage spaces for clothes and shoes, and good old-fashion luggage racks! The warm pool was a delight for winter morning stretches and evening relax after long walks during the day! We got superb tips for restaurants and explorations. Liliana and team surprised us (twice) with chilled Prosecco and a Happy New Year note! What a way to end the old year and start the new one in Ortigia! Service minded staff, easy to communicate with...it felt a bit like "a luxury home". We staid 4 nights, and i can recommend the Valet parking service, worth the money. A note on the fact that feral cats can freely roam wherever they want in Sicily and must be fed, and they are quite a few in the Ronco Purgatorio (the path to the Cinque Suites O).
maybe there is a plan to change the sofa/divan in the living room of Suite 1 for a fresher one?

very centrally located. the room was lovely & spacious. breakfast on the roof terrace delightful
unfortunately, being located in the heart of the town, meant that wasn't a lot of natural light

Incredibly cozy and romantic. Beautiful place and right in Ortigia centre. Magical terrace for morning breakfast.

We loved our stay here. The staff was superb - warm, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable. Not fancy but spacious, comfortable and clean with plenty of room to unpack. The bathroom was large, very nice linens and the shower was great. The roof Terrace was lovely and the staff kindly brought our very nice breakfast to the roof.
one challenge was that the shower floor was very slippery - I would not recommend for elderly travelers - I think this could be easily fixed with a bath mat or something added to the tile. There are also stairs rather than an elevator - if you have trouble carrying your luggage, this may not be your best option although the staff would probably help.
The wifi did come and go sometimes but that happened throughout Sicily.L

Great location, clean rooms, very friendly personnel, helped us with anything we asked! Would definitely recommend!

The room was huge, absolutely no problem for space and storage. Bright, two windows and curtains to hide the view to neighbors. Style is modern. Perfect location, right in the center of Ortigia (5 min away from the Duomo). Lovely staff, always ready to help. During summer, breakfast is served at the terrace of the building. Great to start the day with a good cup of coffee an a blue sky over your head.
The neighbors could be a bit loud. My partner woke up a couple times during our stay.

Location and cleanliness. Staff was excellent.
A little difficult to find if you have never been in the area.

The location of the CinqueSuites is phenomenal and makes sightseeing in Ortigia and Siracusa easy, whilst their is an abundance of good restaurants, bars and cafes close by.
The rooms are really spacious, with massive comfortable beds and plenty of space around them for cases. The bathroom had an excellent rainfall shower head, as well as a handheld and there's also a living area with a couch, table for having a coffee and there's even Sky TV should you want to have a lazy morning/night.
The staff were also excellent, very welcoming, offered recommendations for places to eat and visit on our trip. They made us immediately feel welcome when we arrived and were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
Literally nothing.

Stunning Interior design. Friendly Staff and a nice small boutique hotel with only five suites. The owner is also around which give the hotel a personal touch. Amazing towels and perfect cleaning. Everyday one can chose from a list what should be served for breakfast either in the suite or on the roof top. fresh fruits like strawberries and so on. The hotel is accessible by car to unload but mind the small roads. parking is close by.

The location is very good for exploring the old part of the city.
The breakfast is okay but a bit awkward. It’s served on a tray brought to your room, however there are no plates. Yogurt is provided but no spoons.
There isn't anyone on the reception desk 24/7 which is problematic if you need assistance for any reason. This place feels like a good Airbnb rather than the luxury hotel that we expected.

very friendly staffs and and good breakfast , the landlord introduce the city carefully when we are arriving!

for a fee the hotel offered a valet service that I really appreciated. Parking in the city is challenging but our car was whisked away and brought back. It was very easy for us. Our room was actually 2 rooms and also included a bathroom, so really three. It was comfortable with a big bed and clean linens. The staff was helpful. Each morning a staff member would bring a tray of breakfast up to the room and we would eat at our private table. Breakfast was very nice, with our choice of hot and cold items, coffee, juice, water, yogurt.
I felt the price was a bit high compared to other properties we stayed at in Sicily. Other than that, I was comfortable there and have no negative comments.

Very big room with a super comfy bed, table and chairs a little wardrobe and an living room area. The location is within the heart of syracuse you can reach everything you need by foot. Lot's of restaurants in the streets around the apartment. Parking is at a parking spot about 15' by foot from the apartment and costs around 15€ for one day. The host amd staff were very friendly & supportive.
When you like to sleep with the windows open you will hear the whirpool of the other suite. When we were there it was running the whole night.

The property is in a great location, very centrally located. The staff is very kind and everything looked good as expected.
The coffee capsules should be free considering the price you pay for one night. These are usually complimentary in other similar properties.

Location, rooms were nice, very clean and bfast was good
Not enough mirrors in the suite, noisy bathroom door and needs more light

Nice situation, great bedroom and bathroom, friendly staff.
Almost impossible parking on Ortigia Island, and every street is only 1 inch wider than your car... ;-)

Everything, nothing to complain about. The owner was so helpful (pity didnt get her name). Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was nice too and we opted for dinner at one of her restaurants and it was TO DIE FOR :)

A really great find in the centre of Ortigia and good value for money. The breakfast was made to order and delivered either to the roof terrace or our room. There was a wide choice of hot and cold options and we were generously allowed anything we wanted from the menu.
Not really anything negative to say. The view from our room was of the building across a very narrow alleyway but at no point were we promised a view and this is quite normal for Ortigia.

Great location, in the heart of everything but quiet. Lovely roof terrace for breakfast but bar was closed while we were there
Room didn’t have much light and breakfast was 30 minutes late on our last morning when we had a taxi to catch
3.5
The room and the interior is stunning and the location couldn’t be better.
The breakfast was pretty basic but really delicious.
The stuff in general was friendly and really tried to speak English.
The jacuzzi didn’t got really warm. It wasn’t cold but not a temperature you could enjoy and relax. That was a bit frustrating since the jacuzzi was the main reason why we booked the suite.
But the biggest no- go was the receptionist Robertina. I usually don’t like to blame people by their name but her overall behavior and attitude was unfriendly and lazy. One example: On our first day the remote for the jacuzzi didn’t work (because the battery was empty) and she wasn’t there (it has been 8:30pm when we came back from dinner, so it wasn’t that late). We had to discuss with her over WhatsApp. When she finally found the motivation to come over she just pushed a button in another room and rushed away. She didn’t even looked for the remote. She just said it got wet (which wasn’t even true). We couldn’t turn of the jacuzzi that night. Fortunately the guy (unfortunately I forgot to ask for his name) managed to fix the problem abs took his time to listen.
And most of the time she just was chilling on the sofa with her cellphone in her hand. I think a hotel in this category should look for their stuff since they represent the whole imagine.
