Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene , ci torneremo

La gentilezza del personale che lavora nell’hotel, l’abbondanza del cibo e della qualità. La pulizia della camera e della piscina. La spiaggia che si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi è stupenda, più bella delle altre spiagge tanto pubblicizzate .

Too expensive for the 3 star service they provide

Desperately needs a renovation or at least a deep cleaning. About 10 min walk to the nearest beach. Definitely not worth 250 eur per night.

Музыка не должна играть постоянно. И если включать - то ТИХО и жанр музыки должен быть нейтральным по своему содержанию.

Персонал дружелюбный и отзывчивый! Хороший завтрак.

На улице под окнами гостиницы в баре все время играет монотонная однообразная электронная музыка. Динамики и сабвуферы развешаны по периметру бара и вокруг бассейна, практически озвучивая всю территорию под окнами отеля. Так же в соседних отелях и ресторанах - везде такая же картина. Когда находишься в номере - самой музыки и мелодии не слышно, но слышны только низкие звуки басового ритма «бум - бум». Это превращается в пытку. Пребывание в гостинице - это отдых, расслабление, сон, но не постоянное прослушивание музыки, выбранной кем-то по своему усмотрению!

Erholsamer Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen, ich würde jederzeit dort wieder buchen.

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt. Das Hotel konnte man schon als luxuriös bewerten. Weitläufige, sehr gepflegte Anlage, mit schönem Pool. Die Zimmer äußerst sauber, großzügig ausgestattet und mit einem großen Balkon versehen, auf dem auch Stühle und ein Tisch standen. Im Bad hatte man ausreichend Platz. Das Frühstücksbüffet ließ keine Wünsche offen, so reichhaltig war es!!! Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiter empfehlen. Hervorzuheben sind die beiden Damen am Empfang. Immer freundlich, aufmerksam, sehr hilfsbereit !!!!!!

The location as it's a few minutes walk away from some spectacular beaches. There's also a bus-stop next to the hotel. The buffet breakfast was very good and the Romanian lady (sorry I don't know her name) at the front desk was such a nice and hospitable person. She was always willing to help and never stopped smiling. Nice hotel.

To be honest the room cleaning service was poor because when we checked in the floor of our room was dirty and had hair on it. The front desk lady was so nice that she came immediately to clean it herself!! 👏 Sadly our towels were never changed and the room cleaning service was quite absent. Besides, in the room there was no kettle and no glasses, etc. Having said all this, please don't get me wrong as I would repeat and stay again. We had a nice stay.

Superb

Great pool, friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to Nissia and Green Bay beaches very nice snorkelling. Breakfast was very good except for the coffee. Not many restaurants near by but the hotel is a short bus ride from Protaras and around 20 minutes to Ayia Napa. Supermarket right next door. Overall a great hotel.

A perfect holiday in a fantastic hotel

Let me start by saying that Adelais Bay Hotel is under new management and this is their first season, so all not-so-flattering comments from 2022 and before should be ignored. I had the most amazing stay at this property. The staff are lovely, especially Iova, Alina and Despina from the pool bar team and Rafaela and Joanna from the reception team. They couldn't be more helpful! I could see the hotel manager, Ms Budaca, working alongside her staff and she was always very approachable and very friendly. What was very nice to observe is the teamwork - they work in unison and this in turn made my stay very enjoyable as I was looked after very well. The pool is super clean and you can enjoy new and very comfortable sun lunges around it. There is a good selection of hot and cold food, pastries and fruit for breakfast. The pool bar offers a la carte selection of freshly cooked meals. They are very reasonably priced and much better value for money than in most places in Protaras. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel, open every day until 11 pm. The nearest beach is about 10 min walk. It is sandy, clean, cosy and beautiful, but you should get there by 10:00-10:30 am if you want a sun lounge and parasol (these cost 2.50 EUR each for a day). I enjoyed my stay at Adelais Bay Hotel so much, that I'm returning there in September. I could happily give them 10/10, but there is a small room for improvement here, so hopefully I will see it on my return. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place to have an enjoyable stay, where value for money counts and where you will definitely feel appreciated as a guest.

Hotel is older but they have put money into comfort so new mattresses comfortable loungers etc. Would stay again good va
