Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und bedanken uns vorallem beim tollen Personal!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Tolle Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten und Unterhaltung für Kinder.

Das Essen könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein z.B mehr und vorallem verschieden Früchte anstatt Melone und Ananas auch beim Snack Buffet war immer das gleiche.

Everything was ok. We had the new apartment with the pool.. Great and calm location for family. Only 10min to the sea. 5 min to the Aldi shop,where you buy everything. I highly recommend Aparthotel Club Simo.

Great structure and location close to the beach and supermarkets.

The room has a kitchen , but very badly equipment (pans, plates and cutlery) as well as no cleaning detergent to do the dishes. If you have kids and you want to use the kitchen for cooking you have to buy everything from detergent, sponge, salt, oil… there is no helpful structure to use the kitchen. It is ok if the Hotel doesn’t have interest in the use of the kitchen to motivate use of the restaurant, but it shouldn’t have a kitchen at all then.

Perfect hotel for families

Meal in restaurant was EXTREMELY good. Various, yummy and fresh. Three pools: two big, one for kids. Animation programm was daily, for children too. Attention! The hotel consists of four buildings, the fourth one is located in another street, so that you should walk about 3-4 minutes to get the main building with the restaurant. In fact it is another hotel, which belongs to the main one. For somebody it is good because all is quiet there. For the others it could be a problem. My family was accommodated in the fourth building, it was not good for us, and in the next day the hotel without any problems changed our room.

The hotel is located not so close to the beach. Internet-connection was bad everywhere except of the main building.

Would have been good to have a kettle, I was there for 24 nights and used the cooking facilities a lot Bought a few basics , eg wooden spoons, large glasses

Lovely pool area- rooms bright and clean - very comfortable. Reception staff excellent thank you Sebastian for arranging our room move due to my partners sight impairment- moved to a block with a lift which made our stay 100% easier.

Size of apartment. Nice pool area and offer nice entertainment. Balcony

Food quality and variety could have been better. Was more on quantity than quality. Had a couple of cleanlines and maintenance issues they though attended to promptly. Property is a little dated. Bedroom without outside window

I ove the view to the pool, the entertainement, the music, the activities, the tenis and the voleyball playground. I like the location too and the reception staff was great(exelent customer service)!

The housekeeping was so bad. They didn t clean proper even after I complain about it.

cleanliness, staff were friendly, food above average.

air conditioning did not work properly in our room no blinds to block the sun in our bedroom. could not stand up in the two main pools no blinds in the restaurant to stop the sun snack food during day was limited to toasties kids menu limited

Good location, quiet area, close to supermarket, center and beach. Good equipped gym.

Really old rooms and other equipments (sun beds, etc), only some rooms are renovated but in a building without elevator and not easy accessible with baby trolley, so not an option for us. General upgrades are really needed.

Location was really good, just few minutes walk to town and the beach. Very clean every where in the resort. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I think the buffet would be better if there was perhaps a section for children ( fussy children could be easier to sort out !)

Good location and good stay

I liked the gym which was open and quiet. I used to use that gym when I was working in Cala Millor and it is great. I like breakfast and the staff was friendly. I didn’t use other facilities.

The thing I didn’t like much was dinner because there were not enough or many vegetarian options. I don’t consider some cabbage with sauce a good option. So, I was not really able to eat dinner in the restaurant.
