Location is wonderful, freshly renovated rooms.
The restarting is extremely loud, I have never experienced this level of noise. Very uncomfortable experience. Stuff simply do not even try to make an effort to do their job a bit more silently - plates are thrown all the time and it create very unpleasant environment.
Kind room is very poor and not cleaned, it could be handled much better.

- hotel voňal novotou - čisté a nové izby
- veľmi chutné jedlo, výborný výber
- napriek svahovitému terénu, parkovacie miesto hotel zabezpečil bez problémov
- raňajky a večere na krásnej terase (chýbal už len výhľad na more), stačí ísť do jedálne mimo exponovaných časov a miesto sa nájde vždy
- krásne prostredie borovicového lesa s čistou kamienkovou plážou priamo pred hotelom (bazén vôbec nechýba)
Hotelu nemám čo vytknúť, vadilo mi správanie niektorých hostí, ktorí porušovali pravidlá jedálne:
- fajčenie na terase napriek zákazu,
- vynášanie jedla (klasika),
- bufetové stravovanie neznamená, že si naberiem oveľa viac ako zjem (aj iní by si dali croissant/melón)
- a podobne.
Ak máte podobné návyky, chodťe radšej niekam inam, tento hotel si to fakt nezaslúži.

Hotel je odlican, uz samo more, plaza na par koraka, dovoljno sadrzaja za odrasle i djecu, setnica predivna za duge vecernje setnje, osoblje usluzno i nasmijano, hrana vrhunska sa biranim namirnicama, obilje voca i kolaca. Soba udobna i uredna iako smo u njoj proveli najmanje vremena. Djeci se jako svidjelo i vjerujem da cemo opet biti gosti ovog hotela. Pozdrav Lauri, Jovanu i Pavlu iz igraonice. Brela su prelijepa.

U potpunosti renoviran hotel sa odličnom lokacijom i sadržajima za porodicu. Sobe su prostrane, a kreveti udobni. Sve veoma cisto i uredno. Osoblje na visini zadatka :)
Solidan izbor jela kod opcije polupansiona, ali nedovoljno švedskih stolova kad je hotel popunjen pa se stvore dugi redovi kako biste uzeli hranu. Nedostaju peškiri za plažu, morate ponijeti svoje od kuće.

Hotel został odnowiony przed sezonem 2024, a standard pokoi został podniesiony. Lokalizacja blisko najpiękniejszej plaży w Breli jest zdecydowaną zaletą tego hotelu.
Parking nie jest wystarczająco duży w stosunku do liczby pokoi dostępnych w hotelu. Hotel nie dba o zarządzanie przestrzenią parkingową, a pracownicy hotelu nie czują się odpowiedzialni za organizację parkowania na przepełnionym parkingu, pomimo że pobierają opłatę w wysokości 8 EUR za dobę.

V porovnání s původním vybavením hotelu nesrovnatelné. Pokoje čisté, vysoké matrace, tišší klimatizace. Pohodlné jsou i nové židle v jídelně, velmi příjemná je možnost večeřet venku. Jako každý rok dávám 5* personálu, který je vždy milý a ochotný. Chutné je i jídlo, je možné vybírat z různých druhů masa či bezmasých jídel, dostatek zeleniny, ovoce, snídaně sladké i slané, nápoje, zmrzlina, zákusky.
Za zásadní nedostatek hotelu považuji absenci zóny v jídelně pro seniorské či bezdětné páry. Dětí různého věku je v hotelu mnoho a u večeře jsou hlučné, křičí, pláčí, či z různých důvodů vytváří nepříjemný hluk. Mnoho lidí si jede od dětí či vnoučat odpočinout. Navečeřet se v klidu, případně si u večeře tiše povídat prakticky není možné. V jídelně jsou po rekonstrukci nové pohodlné polstrované židle. Někteří rodiče nechají své děti na toto čalounění šlapat v botách či si do něho otírat ručičky od jakéhokoliv jídla. I to je důvod, proč by dětská a seniorská zóna poskytla oběma stranám vyšší komfort.
Pouze dva automaty na kávu ráno nestačí, tvoří se velké fronty, navrch jsou jen na jedné straně jídelny, tzn. že každý, kdo si jde pro kávu, musí projít nejužším místem, kde navíc stojí fronta lidí na čerstvé omelety.
Nové fitness je dle mého názoru malé, byly dny, kdy jsme se sešli 4 a nebylo k hnutí. Vybavení dostačující. Málo strojů (pouze legpress), ale činky od hmotnosti 4 kg, jeden pás, a další 2 trenažery.

Rengeteg, meredek lépcső ami elvezet a partra. Babakocsisoknak egyáltalán nem ajánlom, mivel nincs akadálymentesítve. Kínszevedés minden fel ill. lemenetel.

Totul a fost minunat: hotel, mâncare, curățenie, personal. Oameni drăguți, cu zâmbetul pe buze. Locul este ceva deosebit: munte, pădure și mare. Nu îți trebuie umbrela,stai la umbra. Stai la plajă și auzi pasarele ciripind. Este atâta liniște! Cu siguranță, vom reveni!
Nu exista ceva sa nu-mi fi plăcut.

Nově opravený (2024), již za mě dříve velmi dobrý hotel v dobré lokalitě. Pokoj s balkónem a výhledem na moře. Posezení na balkónu. Nová čistá koupelna s velkým sprchovým koutem a dvěma sprchovými hlavicemi. Kosmetické přípravky a ručníky k dispozici. Velká skříň s ramínky. Pohodlná postel. Klimatizace. Pokoj na kartu včetně elektrického rozvodu v pokoji. Dobré jídlo, dostatek ovoce i zeleniny. Funkční wifi. Ve výsledku je pobyt parádní.
1. chaotické parkování, málo parkovacích míst, již podruhé se to neobešlo bez komplikací a počítejte, že taky v den příjezdu třeba nezaparkujete 2. extrémní množství lidí (až 800 hotelových hostů), které se těžko vystřídá v jídelně, kde je nepraktické vydávání jídla 3. centrální elektrika v pokoji, pokud nenecháte kartu, při odchodu vypne lednička a klimatizace, což v horkých dnech není ok, doporučuji mít dvě karty nebo její náhradu (kreditku) 4. na balkóně jen malý věšák na sušení, doporučuji s sebou ev provázek, na pokoji věšák není 5. složitý sejf, který není ani pevně ukotven, v době pobytu byl zamčený/nefunkční

Clean, comfortable, location was great to go for a walk and the beach, with restaurants close by too. Lots of options for breakfast and dinner.
Bit of works still being completed for the renovation while we were there making some noise while trying to enjoy, but that will be better once it’s finished. The dinner was a bit bland, not sure if we just came late.

All things were great. From the location (everything is very close - i didn’t had to use car at all), room was nice, clean. Food was delicious and in so many varieties. And stuff was great as well, always ready to help. The thing that I liked the most was the abundance of shade on the beach with a large number of trees.

migliorerei sicuramente la qualità del cibo al ristorante sembra di mangiare in una mensa di scarsa qualità. troppa confusione e la gente troppo affollata vicino alle pietanze, bambini che toccano tutti i piatti e persone che starnutiscono vicino al cibo. ci vorrebbe una persona che distribuisca il gelato alla sera e controllare le persone che si portano via piatti enormi di frutta senza lasciare qualcosa agli altri (della serie chi prima arriva prima alloggia) !!! le pulizie in camera sono discrete ma da migliorare sicuramente come la pulizia dei tavoli in sala. nessuna persona poi parla italiano e neppure bene l'inglese! all'esterno dell'hotel dove ci sono le scale per scendere mi aspettavo più accoglienza con qualche aiuola e fiori, tornando alla colazione, ci vorrebbe come tutti gli hotel un cameriere che passa e chiede se vogliamo un cappuccino di bar una spremuta o un caffè espresso o qualcosa con servizio extra, non importa se è a pagamento ma fa la differenza! poi quando alla sera si arriva alla cena e non ci sono tavoli, i camerieri dovrebbero accogliere le famiglie e liberare il tavolo facendo accomodare e non fare finta di nulla e facendo l'indifferente. il prezzo totale pagato è sproporzionato a quello che abbiamo avuto! tra l'altro 2 anni fa abbiamo riscontrato il servizio migliore anche alla reception. il parcheggio è scomodissimo e non cè neppure il parcheggiatore che al limite si propone di andare a prenderti l'auto.......insomma, da rivedere un pò di cose sicuramente!!!!

Bardzo zatłoczona restauracja (ciężko było przejść z talerzem czy kawą, ciężko było znaleźć wolny stolik). Obsługa podczas obiadokolacji raz podczas pobytu zapytała o chęć zamówienia napoi. Bardzo długi czas oczekiwania na smażone omlety do śniadania.

Położenie hotelu. Jest to hotel leżący najbliżej plaży Punta Rata.W pokoju Standart,w jakim mieszkaliśmy jest piękny widok na morze.
Pokoje i łazienki są pięknie odnowione. Łóżka są bardzo wygodne .To najwygodniejsze łóżko hotelowe w którym spałam przez ostatnie lata.
Podobnie z prysznicem,bardzo duży,że słuchawką i deszczownica, wygodnie zamykany.
Nic istotnego, może jedynie tłok w trakcie kolacji, ponieważ było pełne obłożenie hotelu.

Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği organizasyonunun tekrar gözden geçirilmesi gerekiyor. Kahve tek bir noktada , sıcak su iki büfe arasında tek başına, salat bar yolun tam kesişim noktasında, bir sabah kahvaltı istasyonu tek bir noktada açıldı. Misafir hareketlerine göre tekrar gözden geçirilmeli.

Location was great. Beach was crowded, but you have to come at least at 8 o'clock, since the good places were occupied with sun loungers. Of course you have to pay for them.
In time of breakfast or dinner - the dining area was crowded. The bath - didn't work well and need to be replaced. The room was poor sound isolated, you heard others in case of flushing or bathing. Expecialy in the evening.

- The location is perfect, 2 mins to the beach, around 60 stairs down. Around 5 mins to Punta Rata beach under the pine trees, the location is lovely!!!
- The view from the balcony was great but sea view needs to be requested separately beforehand as by default sea side doesn't mean sea view.
- Good food! They change the variety every day and there are options for people with different diets.
- Comfy and wide beds, generally spacious room.
- Clean rooms, daily cleaning and nice staff in the hotel.
- They do have animation program but we didn't find where it's held ))
- Quite area overall, no discos or loud music which was perfect.
- The air conditioner is blowing to the sofa and that's it. It's very old and not enough for the hot weather. We had around +30 C maximum during the day outside and it didn't cool lower than +28 C on its maximum speed. It was +19 C at night so we didn't need it but in hotter weather it's definitely isn't an option.
- The transfer which we requested from the hotel didn't pick us up and the hotel said they didn't organize it. "Someone messed this up, we are sorry" - this is what they said. The transfer booking is done through the general Blue Sun booking system and it's a mess there. So there are high chances they will forget you and this is NOT a reliable option at all.
