Exceptional

I stayed for one night and it was amazing! Started from friendly staff! the room was very comfortable and had everything what you need, the breakfast was varied, very good level for 3 star hotel. It was pleasure to stay here :)

Practical and convenient

Breakfast is good, but a bit limited - bacon needs to be crispy; fried tomatoes are best warm and wholegrain bread should be available. Location is good with easy access to the Metro and our offices in Parc Scientifico. But inconvenient with the entrance at the other side of the whole block. The aircon was silent and worked well - this is unusual and much appreciated!

The entrance at the other side of the block. It said 4th floor roof terrace, but there wasn't one. Room on the small side, but great bathroom. Could have been a gym, pool etc.

A budget hotel, clean but very noisy and bed uncomfortable. Can’t fault the staff.

Very friendly & accommodating staff, facilities very clean

Very basic - bed uncomfortable. Hotel is very noisy - lots of noise from outside throughout the night and noise from residents coming & going. No tea & coffee making facilities in the room (although there was a strange set up where there was a coffee pod machine on the landing!) Had one of those awful attached to the wall hairdryers with very little power which was disappointing.

Really, it was great!

The front desk employee, Ana de elise, (not sure of the spelling), has exceptional customer service skills. She went above and beyond to help us with an issue we experienced with our rental car.

The water from the shower pooled up outside the shower. We used a towel to absorb this water.

Great location, friendly staff, cozy room.

The staff were all very friendly, from the cleaning team to the reception one. The breakfast was pretty good. The location is outstanding (very close to a Metro Station, Camp Nou, several restaurants, supermarkets, ...). The room is big - it even has a confortable work station - as well as the toilet.

It's not that I didn't like - it's a 3 stars hotel, so probably it is not a requirement, but I missed the little fridge, so I could have cool water (it was very hot in Barcelona).

The place has a fantastic view over the lake and the employees were so friendly. Will go there again

The morning breakfast was very pleasant, with many options. The place has a fantastic view over Garda Lake. The employees were so friendly. The whole stay was really nice! I will definitely go there again next time.

Very large shower

Very small room. Bad smell from other bathrooms in the bathroom. The reception is not at the given address, but at Hotel Madanis. It's only a two minute walk though.
