So many great things about this hotel. Incredible location, great food (Luis was very accommodating to our vegetarian diet), very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful hotel, amazing view from the room.

The food & wines were delicious and the staff was amazing!

Staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond from a hospitality perspective. E.g. There were no bars in town open to show the World Cup and they gave me my own section of the restaurant with a TV just for me! We really appreciated the gesture :)

The pipes are obviously very old and left the room quite smelly.

perfect stay

the hotel is wonderful and so is the staff. perfect location, beautiful hotel and delicious food at the restaurant. we had some incredible hikes in the area and the staff was very accommodating. will definitely come back

10/10 hospitality and location

Incredibly friendly and accommodating hosts. I've traveled a lot and I have a hard time remembering a hotel that provided this level of authentic hospitality. Susanna and her team went above and beyond to make sure we have a wonderful stay. Superb location and proximity to hiking trails (Salt de Salent is a must) Very high-quality restaurant with fresh local products.

The room view, confortable King size bed, friendly staff, the restaurant, the library and the hotel location.

Definitely coming back!

Everything. The room was super cozy and clean. The restaurant was great. The staff is super sweet and caring, and they truly make you feel welcome and at home, which is hard to find these days. The hotel itself is basically in the middle of the town of Rupit, which is a huge plus.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Excellent Service

The location is unique and beautiful, great breakfast, rooms a little outdated, but the excellent client service makes up for it.

Everything was great. Beautiful hotel in the town center. We can highly recommend to also have dinner at the hotel restaurant, they offer great menus with catalan dishes and high quality.

Cozy, warm service, professional staff, great location

First of all, Susanna at the front desk was amazing. She was very pleasant when we first arrived. She memorized our names and called us by name throughout our stay. During breakfasts, she came around to ask us about our stay. We felt as though she really cared and went above and beyond for service. The hotel is located right in the center of the village so it is very convenient for evening walks after dinner. A trail from the village leads to several scenic areas around Rupit. There is a walking trail that will take you to a spectacular waterfall and a beautiful valley that takes about 2 hours for the whole walk. For us, it was a perfect weekend get-away. The bed was very comfortable and we had a window view of the river. We would recommend eating both breakfast and dinner right in the hotel. The restaurant served delicious and reasonably priced food. There are not many other options in town and it was just nice to be able to go down to dinner and back to our room without having to put on a jacket or walk too far.

Great location and excellent service

Great location! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Food was excellent. Great care was given to COVID-19 safety protocols. Room was beautifully appointed and comfortable. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking to discover this gorgeous, small medieval town in Catalonia.

AMAZING

Zero regrets for coming here. Beautiful place with so much to see around in close range, either car or by walking. Hotel was amazing, clean, and warm inside, food tasted so well. Staff so kind , very nice family. All in all, worth every penny.

Literally cannot name one bad thing about it If there is something to add that would be spa but even without it is enough to relax your mind. I think people used the total capacity of space they have, and it is just admiring.
