Great short stay ... Excellent

Good and wide room with a comfortable bed, working desk, WiFi ... Breakfast was excellent and general facilities were excellent

Some technical problems with ICT (telephone and TV) ... but nothing relevant

Superb

It was close to town. The pool and view at night was great food was good. Room was spacious enjoyed our stay.

Couldn't connect to wifi and I didn't know there was a gym 🥺

Disappointing

The pool was closed and the restaurant was closed. The tv was not working in the room either. I emailed to discuss my unsatisfied stay but have heard nothing back

Quick weekend away

The location was great walking distance from the main CBD, close to shops and restaurants. The room was a decent size and had plenty of car parking.

The bathroom was not very clean and the cost of the room for one night is not worth it.

Waste of money

Pool area was nice.

Tvs were horrible kept glitching. Wifi kept dropping out. Shower was filthy and not powerful. Staff in bar were rude

stay was lovely but had the crab pasta. Chile is meant to be in it but not the whole bucket. so spicy I couldn’t eat

It did the job and was as I expected. I stayed here so I could walk over to the Arts Center and that

Breakfast was what I expected, pretty bog standard

shower head was not good, shower looks like there's mold behind the silicone and the aioli that came with my burger (which was great) tasted like it came out of a 200 liter drum, horrible stuff.

Relaxing atmosphere, fantastic staff, comfortable rooms will most definitely recommend , Thumbs up!!

The staff were awesome, went above and beyond in all areas. Right from the young lad at reception on our arrival, what a lovely young man, could not do enough for us. Extremely friendly. The relaxing atmosphere in the bar area made it a lovely place to sit and relax with a nice wine before going into the dining area for a nice dinner. The food was great. Breakfast the next morning was also a great experience as we were running late and the kitchen staff still allowed us to order even though they should have been closed. Beautiful omelette. Well done !!

The only thing that was disappointing was the extremely noisy people in the adjoining room, continually yelling at their children and children screaming back, banging doors and allowing the children to constantly bang on the wall from 5am on the Sunday morning. It was very disrespectful for other guest not just us.
