Kiváló elhelyezkedés, remek ár-érték arány.

Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet, mindenki mosolygós és készséges volt. A reggeli bőséges. Kiváló a szállás elhelyezkedése és a belvárosi helyszín ellenére a parkolást is meg tudtuk oldani a hotel belső udvarán. A Tófürdő bejárata hárompercnyi sétára volt. Kiváló volt a wellness is, a reggel nyolcas nyitásra már fel volt fűtve a szauna.

Kicsi felújítás talán ráférne már a hotelre. De nem akarok bántó lenni a szálláshellyel, érződik, hogy minden tőlük telhetőt megtesznek, sajnos egész Hévízen tapintható, hogy valamiért akadozik az idegenforgalom.

Понравилось абсолютно все: чистота , доброжелательный персонал , великолепное питание , расположение отеля. Приятный бонус - стоянка для моего авто была бесплатной ( т.к. есть некоторые проблемы со здоровьем) . Хороший СПА .

Отсутствие пандуса или хотя бы перила с главного входа отеля.

Sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück und Abendessen ausgiebig und gut. In der Sauna gibt es an WE geführte Aufgüsse. Die Lage zum See ist perfekt.

Great stay

Staff is super helpful and kind. We had an issue with our car, woman at the reception called service and help to sort it out. We’re very grateful to her for help, professionalism and quick reaction. Spa center is great. Heviz lake is 5-7 minutes walking.

A figyelmesség és a kedvesség a személyzettől, különösen mikor megemlítettem, hogy a férjem születésnapja volt 16-àn, pezsgőt kértünk a reggelihez azonnal kaptuk, és az nap még meglepi pezsgőt nagyon finom macaron vàlogatàssal a szobába bekész8tve. Elegàns hotel, különleges ételekkel, finom italokkal igazàn emlékezetes marad számunkra ez a pár nap, biztos visszatérünk ide, mivel Hévízre évente vissza látogatunk a tó àldásos hatása miatt.

Nice, fully equipped room. Comfy bed. Hotel parking is available. Heviz thermal bad is located just at 2 min walking distance. Breakfast buffet was good. Dinner buffer was satisfactory. Spa facilities are very clean and nicely maintained.

There is no outdoor pool. Indoor pool is rather small.

At the dinner, we asked for glasses of wine and the waiter brought ys the most expensive one without asking anything. The food was ok, but if you are vegan, it could be a problem to find something.

Cozy and comfortable hotel close to the lake

Cozy and convenient hotel in the heart of the town. Close to the lake (within a walking distance). Comfortable beds and pillows. Very helpful and friendly staff. Well organised delicious half-board with new meals every day. Enough space and facility to dry wet swimsuits and towels.

Always and excellent choice if you want to stay in the center of town, and want a relaxing vacation

This was our 3rd time staying in the hotel, and it has always been delightful stay. The hotel staff is very friendly, and they go out of their way to accommodate their guests. Breakfast is alway delicious, the rooms are nice and spa is fantactic.

When we first arrived, the room was very hot, and I was told at reception that the A/C could not be turned on at this time since they were still on the heating system. The lady at the front desk was very kind, and we were able to switch to a cooler room opposite side of the building, but I assume that is not always possible.

Disturbance by barking dogs from other guests. The hotel should pay more attention to the comfort of guests without dogs.

Superb

Great room, very clean, very comfortqble bed. We took the larger room (42m2 or 45m2) and it was very big and comfortable with everything we need. Breakfast and dinner were included and tasty. The jacuzzi and sounas were nice and clean. 3 min walking from the thermal heviZ lake was fun as well. They even got us a champagne and macarrons to the room since my boyfriend had his birthday!

Two sml complaints: 1. when we parked there one of the staff said its ok no problem, but afterwards we found out it cost 7 euros per day, and there was a lot of parking on the street, so if we had knew we would have parked outside. Also, I really dont see why we needed to pay for that since its the hotel parkinglot and we already paid good money to the hotel, felt q bit cheap to me... 2. The breakfast ends at 10 am, so on 9:59 they closed the lights and thw music and started to take everything, basicaly rushed us out. And it was a bummer aince the gym opens at 8 am so if we want to workout, shower and than eat we dont have a choice but to arrive to breakfast on ~9:30 and feel rushed out..

Had a relaxing weekend stay at Bonvital Hotel Hévíz, Adults only, thus a quiet spa experience was guaranteed. Both dinner and breakfat were excellent.

Great for a weekend of relaxation

Breakfast, dinner, and saunas make this place more than worth it. The saunas were very nice and comfortable town is right out the front doors. Massage options are plenty and can be easily scheduled with the helpful staff.

Great services to relax indoors

Very close to Hefiz lake. Lots of in house facilities like sauna massage jacuzzi and half board meant I didn't have to go looking for restaurants outside in cold. The bed was really comfortable. The cleaning was done everyday but towels were replaced only every third day. Book massages and treatments in advance to avoid getting leftover inconvenient times later. Food was good but limited vegetarian options most days. In house a la carte restaurant was also good, but 2/3 vegetarian options though. So it meant for lunch after one day, we had to go out for some food. Good cocktails. Goof people service food in restaurant and also in included breakfast and dinner.

Beautician services were okay. Not very effective. Massage was also okay. Not too much pressure. The person did it just for the sake of it.

I highly recommend this hotel. Very tasty dinners!

We really enjoyed our stay. Extremly tasteful breakfasts and dinners. Saunas were perfect as well. Very nice big room sith city centre view.

There are two masseurs. I had a man and the massage was not good, not pleasant, not relaxing. He was not focused to find stiff muscles. Overall I felt like piece of meat. I have tried many masseurs as I have constant back pain problems and this was one of the worst massages.
