About this apartment rental
In the heart of Florence, large and panoramic apartment, very nice, bright, spacious and well located, also great for business trips.
It consists of a large open space in which there is a triple living room with large entrance hall, decorative fireplace, kitchen / dining area and access to the upper floor mezzanine.
Three bathrooms, two very large, one with bathtub and shower, double sink, toilet and bidet, one with a panoramic bathtub over the cathedral, sink, bidet and toilet, and one inside a bedroom, with toilet, sink, shower and washing machine.
Great for 8 people, in exceptional cases can accommodate up to ten.
Four rooms, on two internal floors, three of which are large and spacious and one very small.
Downstairs there are two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and one with a cot for children from 1 / 3 years.
Upstairs, in the loft, there is a large room with two twin beds that can be prepared separately or combined as a double bed and a very small room, low, perfect for boys, with two regular single beds.
Exposed beams and parquet flooring everywhere. LED TV, DVD, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, air conditioning in the double bedrooms and living room, internet wi-fi, high chair for children, mosquito nets.
The large, bright and spacious room, as well as the view, make it ideal for large families or groups of friends. We provide check-in service, cleaning, linen and assistance to guests of professional quality.
On request we can provide other tourist services.
The property is located on the third and last floor of an old building without elevator, so it is not recommended for elderly people or people with reduced mobility!!!!
Ideal geographical context allows you to live in Florence in a central area but not problematic, and to reach all major attractions comfortably with a few steps.
The area is very central but livable, there are restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets within 500 meters, in the nearby Via dei Servi.
Buses and taxis are nearby, in Piazza Annunziata and in Piazza San Marco.
Accessible on foot from the main train station, Santa Maria Novella, although with the narrow and historic streets of Florence bringing your luggage becomes tiring.
In the historic district of Santa Croce, every corner is worthy of attention.
The car is not recommended, however, in the area there are car parks with special rates for accommodation facilities.
In September there is the historic feast of Reficolona, in front of the house, and in December the area is full of Christmas markets.

Our family of 7 had a great stay! The home was exactly as pictured. We loved the location and walked every where. The market was a short walk away. The check in was super easy. Take keys with you just in case the phones go down. There are lots of steps! At night when we came back I dreaded the steps. Haha.

The property is wonderful and the location is great.
We had an issue our first night where the Air conditioning wouldn't work due to power insufficiency. And it was HOT in Florence.
The property owner was in constant communication with us. Due to this problem, Francesca allowed us to stay a few hours longer in the apartment upon checkout due to a late connecting train and brought us a wonderful breakfast.
Sometimes problems occur that are beyond the power of the home owner. It's a testament to Francesca on how she handled the issue. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. An extended family of 8 and plenty of room and bathrooms. We had been nervous about the stairs up to the apartment, but they were really not difficult at all, and worth it for the view.
4.8
The apartment was large, the facilities were clean, and met all our basic needs. The location was great, out of the way from the crowded street and the major sites were a short walk away. As everyone else says, the stairs are the only downside.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Great location. I appreciate that we were nit asked to do a bunch of things at checkout — it’s vacation!

This was a lovely place for our group of 7 to stay for a long weekend in Florence. Three bathrooms let our group get out the door efficiently each day. One downside is the four flights of stairs at the end of each day, but I guess people who live on lower floors don't get the view of the Duomo.

Great place! Great location! Easy to walk around. Enough space for us all. It was nice to have multiple bathrooms. We were looking forward to cooking together more but there could be more cookware. We couldn’t find pans or cooking sheets.

Great location for a family group.

The spacious living room with a view of the Duomo was spectacular! We enjoyed hanging out with the group in this space to start and finish each day. The apartment is close to a lot of the attractions so it was easy to go back to it throughout the day as well. We highly recommend this apartment

It was great place for us to stay during our pilgrimage.

This apt was perfect for our stay in Florence! It had everything that was listed and needed. Our hostess was so accommodating and helpful with many questions. We will return and highly recommend!

If you are looking for a workout the 5 flights will do the job. It is not 3 flights. The apartment is old and requires some TLC. Fifty percent of the electric outlets don’t work. Showers are hot/cold. Bedroom 2 is more a closet. Kitchen pans were dirty and only 1 burner worked on stove, sink doesn’t drain well. The only redeemable quality was location and TV selection. Mosquitoes were annoying for December. Overall, description of place is off. They need to put some money into fixing creaking floors, electric, showers. Bathtub upstairs is NOT recommended. Panoramic view is only on third floor bathroom. My advice is to skip this one. You can thank me later. Oh, and lastly YOU have to take all your trash 1/4 mile down the road.

Our family had an amazing time in Florence! Memories we just won't forget! The apartment was close to everything with amazing views and sunsets. Francesca was an amazing host!

We visited Florence to celebrate my sisters 40th birthday. There were 8 of us in total, with 2 children under 13 and 2 people in their late 60s.
There was plenty of room. The location was perfect and the host was helpful.
Would really recommend.

We loved the house and it was very cozy with beautiful views. The host was prompt and helpful. We had issues with mosquitoes so couldn’t leave the windows open at all - most screens ripped. Dead mosquitoes squished all on the walls all over so obvious an issue. The stairs are no joke to the apartment, not fit for elders or bad knees or legs who can’t manage them. The water would suddenly turn off when we were bathing or cleaning dishes. We had a couple days of this - shampoo and conditioner left in our hair. Host mentioned it may be the electrical was out but not the case. It wasn’t ever really fixed so we were limited to our bathing that last day there. So weird. Hope these few things fixed because location and accommodation are charming.

Both host and property were great! There was plenty of space and bathrooms and the ac units in each room for the hotter days were great as well. Good location and within walking distance to everything Florence has to offer!

Thank you Gorgia,
We loved your place and it was so central to walk to all the sights to see. Thank you for the sparking wine welcome. All who come to stay at your place are lucky!

Walking distance to so many shops, restaurants and local tourist attractions. Condo is as advertised.

This place is perfect. The location, the flat, etc. we loved it.

We loved every minute of our stay here. Very easy to walk around Florence from the location, too. Gracious and communicative host, very clean, cannot recommend highly enough.

Perfect for our 6 adults! Beautiful apartment that has a true Italian feel! Great location! AC in bedrooms works great! Only downside is the steps getting up to it but once there it is well worth it!

We had a great stay in this apartment being so close to the main areas of interest in Florence. We felt like we were really getting the feel of living in Florence with the local people. For six adults, we had plenty of room to spread out. The climb up the steps to the apartment was not difficult for fit people. We ranged in ages from 22 to 59 years old and we were fine. Francesca responded promptly with any requests or concerns that we had. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Oh my goodness, we LOVED our stay here. Francesca, the owner, was AMAZING. She communicated throughout the whole process, left amazing check in details (with pictures of the front door and everything!) for a smooth check in, and even got us in earlier than expected. She had a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us, as well as wrapped soaps and plenty of espresso pods for the espresso machine- SO thoughtful. The place is larger than it seems, there were 8 of us, and we all had our own space to relax. The apartment is decorated beautifully, and so comfortable. The picture shown with the Duomo in the background is exactly as it appears, and it's amazing. We were there over Patron Day, and got to watch the fireworks from the upstairs bathroom window (ha!) Location was perfect, 10 minute walk to Duomo area, tons of fabulous shopping and restaurants. Some past reviews mentioned the problem of not having an elevator- and we were nervous about that- but it ended up not being a problem at all. It was a short flight of stairs. I would say if you were with someone who was elderly, or who had a disability, that might make it difficult but we were fine. Hands down we will be back again!!

The communication with the host was spectacular! She was very responsive and quick with replies. The city center was literally 3 mins away! Perfect location! The apartment was beautiful and very very spacious!

Family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. Great location. Close to everything. Francesca was super helpful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. It was very clean and well organized with towels, sheets and amenities. We were in a great location very central to the Duomo, and all attractions. As an elderly group our only complaint would be the amount of stairs to get to the property.

Francesca was very accommodating. She is very responsive. My son forgot his sunglasses and she was very helpful in getting them mailed back to the United States.

Our group of 7, was made of 3 singles, and 2 couples, all in our 60’s. We had already read reviews that mentioned that there were 4 or 5 flights of steps so one of our 7 opted to stay in a hotel. Loading and unloading our luggage was the only time the steps were hard. The apartment made it worth climbing all those stairs. Plenty of room and a view of the Duomo from the living room - and upstairs bathroom. The apartment is in a great location. We walked everywhere and went up and down the stairs two or three times a day without issue. Communication with the host was great and we all enjoyed toasting our stay with the bottle of prosecco left for us. We enjoyed our stay in Florence - thank you Francesca!!

First off, the property is beautiful and conveniently located to all of the great spots in Florence! Very responsive & friendly owner! However, we would not stay at this property again during summer due to the ineffective AC at the property. We were never able to get this unit down to a comfortable level during our stay. We were there in the midst of a heat wave, but faced the same levels of heat in Venice and Rome and were comfortable in our units. If we were staying in spring or fall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property. Another negative for some may be that this unit is on the top floor and there are lots of stairs to climb, but this didn't bother us. Overall, a great place to stay during fair weather.

We loved our stay in Florence. The apt is in a great location, has AC and was clean. Checkin process was easy and our host was very accommodating.

Wonderful location. Beautiful property. Bigger than expected. Nice evening breezes. Close to all the major attractions. Highly recommend!

The home was beautiful and well appointed. Once we climbed up the 64 stairs to the front door we were just in. I don't remember if the stairs were included in the description. They major problem was in the city tax. We were charge for 8 people for 7 days even though we explained that only 5 would be there in the entire week. 3 would only be there 2 days.
