Great location, comfortable unit, beautiful soft sheets.
No oven, had hoped for an inlet view.
7.0
Location was great, peacefully quiet, bed were really comfy. Unit was well appointed and spacious however some household items need maintenance, fan in bathroom, some light switches felt dicky.
No reading lamps. No internet or WiFi connection.
8.0
Great location.
Clean apartment.
Wood chopped ready for fire.
Welcoming surroundings
Being Vodaphone customers we got caught out with not having internet which is our fault but if the apartment had Wifi it would have been perfect.
10.0
Size was fantastic, bed was bliss..
Does need a oven!..
Also needs some internal new fixing up..
3 nights need more firewood especially thru winter..

The location was convenient.
No wifi provided, which was surprising since every business that offers accommodation, provides wifi. The villa was freezing, with only one air-conditioning unit for the whole villa, and no heating in the bedrooms. The blankets that were provided had chocolate pieces on them and were not washed.
9.0
Clean light airy spacious accommodation close to town jetty for WOW cruise, in woodland setting. Well appointed with washing machine.

The layout of the property
somewhat under maintained, particularly the plot/garden area. Also really unfortunate was we had problems with cockroaches. For my wife this is always a deal breaker anywhere we go! I do appreciate this is always a possibility in hot countries.
7.0
We liked the quiet neighbours, the quality of the furniture, comfort of the beds and decor. The quality of the appliances was good.
There were no little homemaker touches except for shampoo and shower gel, tea and coffee and milk. We would have liked to see salt and pepper, and cooking oil. Batteries in TV remote control were flat.

Great villa, on a property with 6 or 8 others. Lots of space inside. Like a house you can spend a holiday in. Near the water and the few shops although they close really early, so plan for this.
Bathroom a bit dated.

Communication from agent via email was good but there is no onsite management. All beds were very comfortable, with good linen and towels supplied, but some pillows need replacement. Kitchen quite well equipped, clean and serviceable. Note there is no oven. There is washing machine, a line for drying, but no dryer. Satellite TV provided a standard range of free to air channels, there is a DVD player., but we did not use it. Batteries in at least one of the remotes needed replacement.
I understand the property has recently been sold and is under new management. This is an opportunity that the new owners need to embrace. The property has obviously been left to deteriorate for some time and the bathroom in unit 6 needs complete renovation. Attending to other relatively minor maintenance problems could make a significant difference to the overall appeal. For example, it would not take much effort to keep the entrance to the villa free from leaves and cobwebs which detract from first impressions and there are weeds growing in gutters at the rear of the villa.

Everything was easy to use., Open space, no fuss
Cob webs on ceilings and behind certain places eg TV. Could do with an update re paint etc locks on interior doors need replacing
8.0
well appointed, easy check in/out
It would be great if wifi would be available especially for international visitors , the
bathroom is a bit outdated

Great location
Wish fire wood was supplied

Good design, spacious, light and airy. Comfortable bed. Lovely spa bath with plenty of hot water. Mezzanine and balcony gave nice outlook.
New Holland honey eater and other little birds in the gorgeous pink bottle brush bushes.
Shower was only a trickle of water and not warm. Massive contrast to lovely bath. Needs fixing.
6.0
spacious and good location
a bit basic in terms of decor. no internet

A very quiet location in a very small town. Not a lot to do apart from a few local attractions.
9.0
Quiet and private. Lovely surroundings. Spacious comfortable and clean villa.
The doors were difficult to lock and unlock.

Great location, nice and quiet but close to the Main Street. Everything you need is in the villa
Bed wasn’t the comfiest, and the decor was a little dated

Couldn't believe that no Wi-Fi provided so no access to internet streaming.
Frankly it's a must these days and automatically assumed so visitors shouldn't need to check and read the fine print.
This propery was new perhaps 5yrs ago but has aged without upkeep so now looking very tired. Ensuite cramped and fibreglass sinks cracked. Very few utensils in the kitchen.
9.0
Lovely and clean. Had all the necessary things, such as tea, coffee, milk, toiletries, plus a washing machine with powder. beds were so comfortable.
The Tv didn’t work. Couldn’t get the remotes to work. something wrong with the aerial.

The villa is located close to the centre of Walpole in a very quiet area. Very convenient to all attractions in this SW corner of WA. Fernhook Falls to the north of Walpole were fantastic, as were the tall trees around that area.
The wood fire was excellent.
We think a little more attention could be given to cleanliness. Linen and towels etc were excellent, and all crockery etc was clean, but look at the black on the cornice above the wood fire, and the gloss is taken off the property.
10.0
The villa was very spacious, comfortable and clean. It had everything in that you need including a washing machine. It is walking distance to the centre of town.
