About this house rental
Brand new 2018 house! Beautiful 6 bedroom house with a coach house that has a kitchenette, living room and 1 bedroom. There is a bar in the house with a large counter top to play games on or relax and enjoy a drink One of the few houses with a hot tub at Beachwalk. It is maintained professionally. Beautifully decorated with sea glass color on the first floor with a bunk room in the basement that sleeps 6. This is our second large house we own in Beachwalk.
Golf cart for use April 1st to November 1st
We have perfected the ultimate vacation house for your family. The basement also has a sport room where kids can play ball or floor hockey. The floor and wall are padded like a workout center. Upstairs is 4 bedrooms and 2 of them are master bedrooms. 1 bedroom on the first floor and bunk room in the basement that sleeps 6. The coach house has 1 bedroom and a kitchenette.

We are 1/2 mile to the lake. Take the golf cart and park it at the Beachwalk golf cart parking. It is a short walk on a boardwalk to the lake. Enjoy pristine beautiful beaches and miles of walking shore.
BEACHWALK RESORT: It has so much to offer all in 1 community for your family, girls weekend, scrapbooking, guys weekend to enjoy. There is a pool, tennis courts, basketball and Lake Kai to entertain you. There is also a ice cream and coffee shop in Beachwalk. Your group will make so many lasting memories here.
SURROUNDING AREA: There is so much to do, there is the outlet mall 5 minutes away, zoo and a Washington Park all 5 minutes away. Venture to New Buffalo, Mi about 15 minutes away to rent a boat or a jet ski. There is tons of restaurants, shops and plenty of bike trails to enjoy.

The home was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of space and bedrooms to accommodate a large group of adults. We loved the decor, the hot tub, golf cart, all things very convenient !!! The amenities of beachwalk community were great too- a short walk to the beach, the coffee shop, and a short drive to new buffalo were all big wins!

This is about our 14th year at Beachwalk. Each year, as our family has grown and matured, we found another "perfect" house to stay in for a convenient week. The Pink House satisfied that description in July this year. We were able to move furniture and small appliances around to meet our needs. We have six adults, 2 eighteen year olds, and 4 sixteen and under. Each person who wanted one had his/her own room. Some of the cousins shared a bunk room and game room like they had done in the past, and best of all there were 6 bathrooms! The giant island in the kitchen allowed several of our able cooks to use the space at once. We pulled a folding table out of the basement closet and formed a T-shaped table in the dining room that fit all12 at once. We turned the bar counter into a puzzle station and settled in on the comfy furniture to watch the Olympics. Nine of us played sand volleyball almost every day and followed up with a scoop of ice cream and a game of tennis or a nap and a good book. We brought quite a lot of our own food and shopped for the rest at Al's Fresh Market--a little expensive but quite convenient. I found fresh-picked blueberries just a few miles down the road just before they closed for the season. Aside from a couple of cloud bursts, the weather was perfect for summer. The beds were well-made and the sheets, blankets, and towels were clean. Two washers & dryers made staying clean and dry easy. The hot tub was a hit too with our lap swimmers and runners.

The house was perfect for our group. It’s a beautiful house with lots of amenities and great gathering spots. Fun for the kids to have a sports room, poker table, club house, beach and pool. Check in was a breeze and Tricia was very responsive. Definitely will stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience in the punk house! So much to do and so much fun. So family friendly.
The only thing I would say is that the furniture in the main house needs replaced as it is worn and grungy.

We’ve had the privilege of enjoying a week at the Pink house for a number of years now. The grandkids have so many annual traditions that they’ve enjoyed at the Pink House. It’s great family time! The Pink house is huge and the owners have everything you need for a good size group, right down to 2 dishwashers! The owners are very responsive and helpful. The area has a pool, community game area and lots of activities such as concerts and trivia nights. It’s perfect!

We had the most amazing weekend and the house was beautiful and so clean! The kitchen/main level was way more spacious than I even imagined it would be. The owner had the entire house stocked and was so easy to communicate with. Would definitely want to rent again and be back at beachwalk soon!

We enjoyed this house, it was welcoming and bright, all the utensils/plates/cookware we needed and organized nicely. Kids loved the hot tub and owner was incredibly responsive when we reached out about a fix that was needed mid stay. Location in Beachwalk is perfect - close to playground, boats, community pool, green. Liked all the Beachwalk amenities including yoga, paddle board, kayaks, Saturday music series. Thank you!

We give this home an A+! We have stayed at numerous multi-family VRBO homes over the years and this home is a perfect 10! It was spacious, clean and well stocked with all of the essentials. We really appreciated the extra paper products and garbage bags, toilet paper, etc! So many rental homes do not have this. It is also a very well laid out home, conducive to everyone being together but doing different things, with the open layout! Thank you for sharing your home so our family can make memories too!! Beachwalk community is also a very clean, well managed destination for the whole family!!

Pink Houses was a perfect location for our friends' getaway. Teens had some privacy in the basement and coach house while the 4 sets of parents each had lovely bedrooms. The large living / dining / kitchen area was a spacious gathering place for us all to watch movies, sports, play games and eat and drink together. Appreciated all the amenities being taken acre of for us.

Tricia's property is gorgeous. The house is well equipped to fit around 15 adults. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Each space was meticulously cleaned upon arrival and the check in process was seamless. Tricia was very flexible with check in and out times during our particular weekend. She was highly responsive with any questions we had. 5 stars!

Our fourth stay in Beachwalk on Pusatera Properties and couldn’t have been happier. In fact, each visit has gotten better. The Pink House continues to accommodate our large family and provide well thought out features we all appreciate - large kitchen island(s) for food prep/seating, 2 dishwashers, hot tub, basement gym to name a few.
Additionally, there has been an obvious investment/improvement is the common areas around Beachwalk that have been built or renovated - pool, boardwalk/docks, playgrounds, club house - and the location of the Pink House is in the middle of all of these upgrades.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable home. Location is great for the fishing dock, pool, lake. It was just perfect for our family, including 7 grandchildren ranging from 7 - 15. We would definitely recommend.

We had another great week at the Pink House. Going there has been a much anticipated week for entire family! Spacious, clean and everything anyone could ask for to make beach vacation memories. Tricia is always helpful and so easy to work with. They have lots of toys, bikes and beach floats to entertain any age. Great location close to beach with pool, kayaks, shuffleboard sites. I highly recommend a stay at the Pink House!

This was our third annual family vacation at The Pink Houses. Our family of 15 loves coming back every year. So many fun things to do at Beachwalk, which are all included! The house is always impeccably clean and fully stocked with just about everything we could possibly need. Tricia provides so many thoughtful touches - upon arrival there is always a thank you card and a nice "goody bag" of a variety of things to welcome us. The kids love the sports room and all of the adults love the spacious and open kitchen/living room/dining room area. We cook each night and there is always plenty of cookware and servingware, and 2 dishwashers so cleanup is so convenient! Everything is always in great shape, but if there is an issue Tricia is always very responsive. One improvement this year that I very much appreciated this year was the toppers added to some of the beds. That made the beds so much more comfortable than in previous years! The golf cart is something our grandchildren also love, and this year there was an amazing Lilypad for us to use at the lake! The kids are counting the days until we go back to The Pink Houses in 2024!

This was our groups second time staying at the Pink House and it was just as great this year as last. The house in conveniently located near the lake and has a huge living room and kitchen which is perfect for gathering people together. Lots of bedrooms and beds with plenty of space for 19 people. The little guest house out back is fantastic too! Highly recommend staying here and it deserves the 5 star rating

The Pink House is an excellent space for friends and family to gather. Open concept kitchen/living room, plenty of bedrooms. We’ve stayed with a group of friends for 4 years in a row which speaks for itself!
The only issue we had this time was neighbors partying past 3am but that has nothing to do with the quality of this place or the owners who have been awesome. It’s the fault of the neighbors not respecting posted quiet hours and us not calling security until 3am instead of 11pm or midnight. So that’s just an fyi that goes for any VRBO, if you’re trying to sleep don’t wait, call someone to remind others it’s bedtime, lol! Security responded promptly when we called and this comment was more of an FYI.
Again, this place was an awesome experience and I highly recommend it!
