Bom dia, fiz reserva para a noite passada, o meu avião atrasou e ao chegar ao hotel não estava ninguém, não atendiam o tel. Antes disso deram-me soluções para passarem os códigos que n consigui resolver no meio do stress. Ficamos nas rua e só conseguimos novo quarto em outro hotel pelas duas da manhã.O dinheiro foi retirado. Ao falar com os funcionários do café vizinho percebemos que era um caso recorrente.

Gute Lage aber Laut

Wir sind um 22:00 Uhr ins das Zimmer rein und einen Schreck bekommen, weil es nicht fertig war. Wir haben ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Das ursprüngliche Zimmer war schöner und besser ausgestattet mit Schreibtisch. Die Kopfkissen waren nicht sauber, also nicht frisch. Viele lange Haare drauf und richtete nach gebrauchten Kopfkissen.

A pior estádia da minha vida. Eu jamais recomendaria a um amigo ou voltaria para esse lugar.

Estou postando em duas línguas para atingir o máximo de pessoas possíveis. Essa foi a minha pior hospedagem e eu jamais voltaria ou recomendaria para outras pessoas. Começando pelo o banheiro, que são apenas dois por andar e para pelo menos 30 pessoas. No meu andar, o primeiro, os dois estavam quebrados. Um deles o chuveiro não funcionava, se quisesse tomar banho, precisava usar o chuveirinho, além de todos os banheiros alagarem quando ligávamos as torneiras. Eram escuros e não tinham a limpeza apropriada. O prédio não tem elevador, as escadas são escorregadinhas, pequenas, de madeira e roídas por cupim. O cheiro do ambiente é uma mistura de cigarro com incenso. Os corredores são estreitos, sujos, antigos e com mau cheiro. A partir do momento que vi a situação, pedi meu cancelamento e reembolso da reserva. A própria Booking entrou em contato para uma “exceção” e a equipe de atendimento me deu a devolutiva que seria impossível, já que minha reserva não era flexível, porém, eu ainda não tinha utilizado o quarto, muita má vontade. A recepção não fala português e não está disponível para ajudar. Cada centavo neste lugar foi jogado no lixo. O cheiro, a limpeza, o ambiente são péssimos. Muito pó e cabelos no chão. A única coisa que “salva” é a localização, que mesmo assim a rua fica em uma subida. Por fim, você recebe apenas uma toalha para uma semana e não tem festas ou algo do tipo.

Casi perfecto

La habitación es espaciosa y luminosa.

El edredón que tuvimos olía bastante mal. Menos mal no hacía tanto frío para utilizarlo. El hostal está cerca de un bar, si no les gusta el ruido mejor llevarse tapa oídos.

The location of the hostel is perfect

Samir is the best and knows the best place in Lisbon for food. Very helpful staff and made my stay 10/10. The location of the hostel is perfect because it is close to bairo alto.

The beds were wide and big and large space inbetween beds. The rooms are tall and airy.

It would be nice to provide bath towel and the bed covers can be little better.

The guy doesn’t pick up his calls, they make you do a deposit according to the number of nights you are staying.

Would not recomend at all.

First I was put in a dormitory room in the basement with no windows, no air..some of the beds were actually on the floor! Bathroom was not clean. After I complained they put me in some ‘room’ in the attic, that was still under reconstruction, the room had no door, just the curtain! However it was clean. But it was very uncomfortable feeling and it was very loud, you could hear everything, from nosy street outside to people walking the stairs.

Property have a beautiful view.

Property was not clean at all. maintenance work was going on. Too much noise. Very less ventilation and a crowded place.

Big spacious room, private , in a really good location.

Great location, big room with large windows opposite a really cool rooftop bar. Short walk from bars metros restaurants

Wasn’t prepared to pay a €50 deposit but after checking , the hostel did mention this in the fine print on booking.com. You can pay by card but will be subject to fees from their bank.

Simple, comfortable, and clean.

The hostel is very simple but extremely clean and in a great location -- especially considering how cheap I paid. The staff was very helpful, and I could rest and shower during my 12-hour layover in Lisbon. The main street where the hostel is located has many breakfast options, and the subway is only a 10-minute walk away.

I can't complain about anything except the ladder to get to my bunker. But again, for less than 30 euros I can't even complain about that.

Very nice stay, would recommend any time!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The entrance was a bit hard to find as there is no mention of the hostel's name anywhere outside.

It had everything you need and the staff were very kind with lots of recommendations on what to do during your stay.

with warning, the night club downstairs was loud. the shower and bathroom is very small. they collect a 50€ cash deposit upon arrival that wasn’t in the description before hand, they didn’t end up checking the room before giving it back to us when we checked out.
