About this villa rental

Spacious 5 bedroom villa which offers a great deal of privacy to its guests. Just a few minutes’ walk away from the vibrant Vilamoura Marina, ideal for your extended family holiday or a large group of friends.

There are 5 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms in total, configured as follow:
 Ground Floor - 2 twin beds and a private bathroom with bathtub;
 Ground Floor - 2 twin beds and a private bathroom;
 Ground Floor - WC;
 1st floor – 1 king-size bed and a private bathroom with bathtub;
 1st floor – 2 single beds and a private bathroom;
 1st floor – 2 twin beds and a private bathroom;
 Living room - 4 extra beds.

The bedrooms in the ground and 1st floor have air conditioning. There are 2 adicional bathrooms in the basement.

The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all necessary appliances for your stay. A door provides access to the barbecue area from the kitchen as well as from the laundry room, equipped with a washer and a dryer.
In the dining area there is a glass table with chairs next to a large rounded glass window overlooking the pool and garden. The living room also benefits from a large amount of natural light coming not only from large sliding doors that access the pool area but from the large windows by the high ceiling.
The fireplace provides warmth to the room where the comfortable sofas in front of the flat screen TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi will keep the family entertained. In one corner of this room there’s also a card games table for up to 4 persons. The living room is equipped with air conditioning.
Down the lower floor there is a spacious game room for the whole family, equipped with a pool table, a table tennis table and table football.

The beautiful garden which overlooks the golf course, surrounds the entire property and some large trees provide a cooling shade on hot days.
The swimming pool is located where it gets sunshine all day long and it measures about 10-meter-long by 4-meter-wide and is 80 cm deep by the stairs to 2 meters in the deep end. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline.

We were well met by the company staff with a good introduction to the property. We were advised of the issues regarding some of the deficiencies on the property. Although problem was not corrected there was an alternate plan arranged. Dishwasher did not work and was replaced during our stay as it was not working. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and the property is highly recommended. Thank you

Amazing customer service from Seashell / Algarve Holidays, someone was always available on Whatsapp if we had any questions. We had issues with the TV and internet and someone called over at 9:30pm to resolve it for us. Pool area and outside space are lovely, and the shallow pool is great for children (we had 6 children, of which 5 were under 5). Washer and dryer in the villa was very useful when travelling with kids, There is no Smart TV in the villa, it would have been great if were able to use our netflix account while staying there. Villa Popa is a lovely large villa, great for groups. It is more a 5 bedroom villa as the 6th and 7th bedroom are in the basement. It is not possible to have a stairgate fitted on the stairs which wasn't ideal with small children. The banisters upstairs and on the stairs are very wide, but only an issue if travelling with small children.

First things first: we loved the stay in Vilamoura. This villa is operated by Seashell. The contact was great, even on sundays and at night they will respond quickly to questions and in our case some issues. At the villa we found some deferred maintenance. Lights that won't work. Only hot water the first night. Leakage on the second night. Seashell fixed this all within 12 hours since we mentioned it, so the service was great. But prevent than cure ;).

Easy key collecting & drop off we like the outdoors garden area it’s very quiet villa overall good for relaxing good maintaining defiantly we will come back for our next holiday to Portugal . Thank you Unfortunately we couldn’t use the swimming pool,TV & washing mechine(cloths) when we on the washing electricity go off whole villa

The service from the agents was excellent and the villa is in an excellent position and spacious. The showers in some rooms leaked the freezer was unreliable there was damp in the basement bedroom and tiles were falling from the swimming pool walls.

Location think at a beach holiday we should have beach towels included rather than having to rent them... 3 Euro's not a bad price? There was leak in the sewage pipes in the basement which was a bit gross? showers in the baths... better to have no baths, only showers.

Large and spacious villa, great location, amazing outside area. Plenty of kitchen equiptment. Villa Popa needs updating, it is very old and tired.

The property management team were amazing and very prompt to sort out any issues we had during our stay. Unfortunately the pool heating didn’t really work and I would suggest not paying the extra cost if avoidable. A few maintenance issues but nothing serious and an absolutely stunning location with everything you could hope for, close shops, quick walk down into the marina and golf courses very close. I would certainly stay there again in the future.

Very large and comfortable villa with good swimming pool. Small things like dishwasher tablets and wash up liquid supplied which simplifies shopping. Not a lot. Kitchen a little dated but still very well equipped with appliances.

Great Villa, Excellent Location

Great Villa, Excellent Location

A group of !0 adults had 10 wonderful nights in this villa. We found it exactly as described, but were amazed by how much natural light and space it had. It isn't new, feels lived in, but has been well maintained and looked after. A couple of minor problems were sorted out by Antonio within a matter of hours. The pool and patio area, with built in barbecue, was our favourite place, but all of the bedrooms were great, and the kitchen and living area more than adequate. The basement is clearly a converted garage, and does not benefit from air con, and the two bedrooms have no natural light, but the en-suites were fine, and the games equipment was no more or less than we expected. All of the appliances had instructions, but it would be helpful to have them all in a single file, along with info about getting the tv and satellite channels working, which we figured out eventually. We would have no hesitation in going back and highly recommend the villa, which is about an easy downhill 15 minute walk from the marina, and about 4 euros in a taxi to get back.

This house has the bones of being a wonderful holiday home, unfortunately the photos are old and do not represent the tired state the house is in. For example the awnings outside by the pool are ripped as well as the curtains in the dining room. The house was not well cleaned, floors and work tops were sticky, bathrooms smelly, bedding questionable, mattresses were disgusting, pool table unusable as it was broken in the middle, shelves in the fridge broken and unusable. Some bathrooms had no locks, one bedroom door couldn't be opened from the inside etc etc, I think you get the idea. We called the management company for things that were unsafe and needed immediate attention and they came, and to their credit, had a few things repaired while we were there. Unfortunately many of the things we pointed out they already knew about and sadly they felt our expectations were too high and we needed to understand that the house was 20 years old?!?! On the plus side the villa is massive so lots of space with beautiful gardens. It's a 15 minute downhill walk to Vilamoura Marina which is lively and family friendly.
