Para repetir

La ubicación es perfecta, en las afueras del casco histórico pero a 5-10min andando. Hay un parking en la parte trasera del edificio, el precio es de 3€ por 24h. El apartamento es espacioso, limpio y cómodo. En la planta -1 hay una sala enorme, es un espacio muy chulo para txikis (y no tan txikis) con juguetes, futbolín, pantallas, sofás, mesas... En esa misma planta hay una salita con un par de lavadoras y secadoras, para su uso no hay que pagar ningún extra, en recepción facilitan las fichas. Anexo a los apartamentos está el hotel donde se ubica la recepción, restaurante, bar y en su azotea una pequeña piscina y un enorme espacio con mesas y sofás tanto en el exterior como en el interior. El trato del personal fue excelente.

Por poner algún "pero": Que no haya opción de solicitar cuna. Solamente hay un ascensor (pequeño y lento) tanto para personal como para clientes. A las mañanas era un caos entre los carros del personal y las sillitas de bebe.

Parking, location, reception, room. All were excellent! We liked the location (central), the room fitted our family needs, and the available parking, though tight for the car we had, served us well. We also enjoyed dinner at Dos Ríos restaurant!

A single elevator serves everyone, and our room was at the 5th floor, so there were times we needed to wait a while. Thankfully, this didn't happen a lot.

Lovely apartment

Specious apartment. Clean and good air condition. Washing machine and dryer. Clean towels every day. Great breakfast. Lovely rooftop with small pool. Great staff. Nice restaurant with various food and drinks.

Great accommodation in Ainsa

Location is great. Short walking distance to the old city and everything you need down stairs in the street. Staff is really nice. Room is comfortable with everything you need. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast great. Really a perfect stay.

No official parking space but it's easy to find it on the street. A full body mirror can be a nice touch. Windows not fully isolated to the street sounds outside.

Great location in a beautiful vilage

A great location in a beautiful vilage. Clean apprtment, with a nice small pool in the roof. Nice gaming room and convenint washing machine service.

Fantastic venue.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a plentiful buffet style affair, with the biggest Nutella jar I have ever seen.

This is an excellent’bike hotel’.

This property is set up for bicycles whether you are bike touring, road cycling or mountain biking. They have an excellent bike storage room, with work bench, and a hose to wash your bike. There breakfast is great with food you want to eat before a days ride. The apartment was clean, roomy and had a clothes drying rack which was very useful. There were lots of outlets or usb plugs to charge phones etc. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Leave instructions in English ( universal language) for stove ( never worked ) and microwave. What about a toaster for guests . Some tea and coffee in apartment

the apartment was clean and tidy and suited our needs for a one night stop over.

there wasn’t any tea or coffee but there was a kettle in the kitchenette and it would have been good to have a box of tissues as well.

Great location. The apartments are great and really clean. Check-in was easy, and the lady at reception was very friendly and helpful.

Night porter was not the most professional or friendly person I have met.

perfect place to come with the bikes

We came to ride Zona Zero with the bike. The hotel had a garage to keep the bikes safe, tools to repare the bike, Karcher to wash the bikes after riding and showers.

to say something I would say the sofa-bed wasn’t very comfortable, but not a big deal about that. As a suggestion I would say to include a coffee machines in the rooms.

Nice hotel. If it's hot on October you don't deserve to have a functional air conditioner...

Clean. A washing machine is available for free.

Worst night I had at a hotel. The air conditioner was set to heating mode with no option for cooling. The weather was very hot and we couldn't sleep. The staff lady told us to open the window as a solution. Of course we didn't have any other choice, and we got eaten by mosquitoes. When ordering a room that includes an air conditioner, we expect to have the option to use it as we wish. Hello- global warming! October is still hot.

we stayed for one night because of our plan but I would have been happy to stay for another night or two.

the apartment and the facilities are great, everything that is needed for a couple and a baby.

would be nice to have also the extra kitchen spices like salt, pepper, and oil.
