Very clean, modern and comfortable apartment

Modern, clean, spacious, great location with easy access to restaurants, supermarket and public transport

The stove top didn't work so we couldn't cook our meals

Great location near public transportation and the hospital. Nice apartments.

We needed to be near Alfried Krupp hospital so 5 min walk location . On a very nice street. The apartments were clean with everything we needed.

The information about the access to the basement with the washing machine was lacking on booking and incorrect on the apartments app. The staff didn't answer my question by booking due to a German holiday. I was told that there was no soap , but there was soap. When I finally succeeded using the washing machine I discovered that the dryer didn't work.

Es war für unseren Zweck ok, aber viel Verbesserungspotenzial!

Die Lage und die Ausstattung, sowie die Größe..

Es hat nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken, so dass Lüften nichts bringt.. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig.. Netflix hat auch nicht geklappt..

Location.

Several amenities not working properly. Dripping kitchen facet, opening water boiler but the Black mould like stuff in bathroom shower was really bad. The people in stairwell and room above were really noisy.

Sehr gut.

Ich habe schon mehrfach bei Glück Auf ein Appartement gemietet und war immer sehr zufrieden. Selbst eine fehlerhafte Schlüsselanlage wurde kurzfristig instandgesetzt. So wünscht man sich eine unkomplizierte Übernachtung. Gerne wieder….

I liked the area and my travel buddy

there was a bed

we couldn’t enter when we arrived, there was a code for the door to enter, which the staff didn’t send us through email. also the shower was not working properly (it actually fell from the wall while showering) and there was barely a stream. also there was no WiFi.

4th floor and no lift. Plus you don't know what studio you are allocated till the day before arriving. Not an apartment...its a studio as bedroom lounge and kitchen in the same room

Very noisy apartment

Location was perfect

Fridge didn't work for 3 weeks. Major roads works right outside that started before 8am. Apartment very hot no fans or AC.

Ideal place to attend trade shows at Essen Messe

Walking distance to Essen Messe. Well connected to Essen center with u-bahn U11. Street plenty of restaurants and cafes. Easy check-in and helpful staff. Modern renewed bathroom with big shower. Excellent price.

good value for money, good for long stay, nice facility

perfect location, 3mins walk to a supermarket and 2 major underground line. lots of restaurants and coffee shops around safe neighborhood 10 mins walk to the woods and a nice hiking trail kitchen facility is new and easy to use, very new facility in the room

the washing machine is in the cellar, a little bit horrible, I’m scared no elevator, when you have 2 big luggage and your room is on 4th floor, it could be very tiring floor is thin, you could hear upper floor neighbor walking and moving chairs

We enjoyed our stay andwould do so again.

Location was perfect because it was very near to where our son lives, within walking distance of the shops and restaurants on the Rüttensheid Str, and also within a tram ride to the Hbf.

We did not use the sink because we didn't know how to turn on the water and also because it was inconvenient to remove everything from the countertop in order to access it.
