這是和太太一同去的生日之旅，是本人的生日，打算選擇一間設施不錯的酒店，果然都不出所料，是性價比不錯的酒店，有景觀、服務好，設施保養好，還有生日小禮待，唯獨房間內浴室略為遜色。

- 房間很大，景觀非常不錯。 - 有健身室及泳池，保養很好，而且天台泳池景觀非常漂亮，人流不算多。 - 服務很好很貼心，會關心你的行程及給予建議，謝謝職員Lucie的跟進。

- 房間內的浴室花灑水壓較少，出水量不夠，而且冷熱水不穩定，有時開水3-4分鐘後才有熱水。 - 晚上街外較嘈吵，故有時休息時會有少量滋擾。

Amazing hotel, with some amazing staff

The hotel was very good in all departments, I have been going around Asia the last 5 weeks and this is my favourite hotel the staff are all very nice and meet all your needs, Johnny in particular made our stay very enjoyable he is the door man in the afternoons and at night time, he made lots of effort to talk to us and was very interested in talking about our English culture and sharing his own Vietnamese culture, he was great to talk to everyday and is an amazing asset to the hotel. the rooms are very clean and modern, and the hotel is in a great location, highly recommended this hotel when staying in da nang

Sfeerloos en gedateerde hotelkamer

De ligging en vriendelijk personeel.

Gedateerde kamer, ongezellig en geen sfeer door de sobere kleuren en vies behang/ vloerbedekking. Daarnaast is het niet echt schoon en rook de kamer erg muf / schimmel lucht. Wij boekten een grote ‘luxe’ kamer met balkon en rivier zicht. Wij vertrokken eerder dan gepland naar een ander hotel. Ontbijt ruimte is mooi ingericht, echter het ontbijt niet geweldig. Wij zijn veel beter gewend in Vietnam en voor een lagere prijs.

All above expectations. The staff were extremely helpful in organizing our daily tours to Hoi-an, Hue, and Ba-Na hill and Danang sightseeing. Special compliment for Jenny!!!! Restaurant also perfect, for breakfast and diner

Only remark: rooms are soundproof, but not for noise from outside

모든 직원들이 친절해서 기분이 좋습니다. (JENNIE is so kind and cute!) 조식이 정말 맛있어요. 3일 동안 메뉴가 모두 달랐습니다. 침대가 넓고 편안합니다.

루프탑 바에 있는 수영장은 이용이 불가해 아쉬웠습니다.

Good hotel with a nice Rooftop bar and restaurant

All staff were lovely except one lady on reception when we arrived. We were upgraded which was nice and the room was lovely. I would stay again.

No one dropped luggage to our room but we were assisted taking out or luggage to the car so I think no one was available at the time.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was captivated by its modern charm and the impeccable hospitality offered by the staff. The location of the hotel, right at the heart of the city, ensured that I had the privilege of waking up to stunning views of the bustling metropolis. The sight of the city's iconic bridges and majestic mountains against the backdrop of the rising sun was nothing short of breathtaking. What made this view even more enchanting was the rooftop swimming pool that overlooked the entire city. Lounging by the pool while taking in the panoramic vistas was an experience that will forever be etched in my memory. The twin swimming pools were a true highlight of the hotel. The ground-level pool offered a tranquil oasis where I could unwind and escape the urban hustle. However, it was the rooftop pool that stole the show. The infinity pool seemed to merge with the skyline, allowing me to take a refreshing dip while soaking in the captivating views of the city's landmarks. It was an experience that left me in awe and truly added a touch of luxury to my stay.

Good

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and the restaurant interior was very nice. It was easy to get a grab to nearby locations.

The rooftop pool is only for decoration. You can not swim in it. The music at the club next door was really loud. They played the music outside til around 11 pm, and then we could hear the bass inside our room until 5 am. If you're a light sleeper, beware.

Loved the service and the room! The service was nothing like I had ever seen before in other countries, and the room made the hotel seem even bigger than it looks in the photos!

The hotel outside during the day had us worried walking up to check in. I have seen this in other countries where the hotel doesn't look so good on the outside, but the inside looks incredible.

my main purpose was the friend’s wedding and I did ask to iron my evening dress. The Laundry Department was not considerate enough and hang the silk dress (clipping one side), which could damage clothing

Loved our stay in the New Orient Da Nang

The connected rooms for families was very spacious and perfect for everyone to get some privacy whilst still being in the one apartment. The rooms and view were wonderful and the staff - excellent and very helpful. I would have liked to see the Sky Lounge open. But instead we spent some time in the pool area is beautifully green with hanging plants and a wonderful breeze.

Only improvements would be to see some wine glasses in the room's kitchen, and more towels :)

The manager Hanna was very kind and offered good tips and advice when I first checked jn

Only one restaurant for dinner with really tiny fine dining type portions. Room service menu was limited. As in only 2 pages limited. Trying to get your luggage up and down those front stairs is not for those who have luggage more than 20kg

A comfortable stay

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We especially liked the large shower in the bathroom.

The staff were not as friendly and accommodating as at the other hotels we stayed at in Vietnam, where we generally had great service. The breakfast was okay but not as good as we came to expect during our travels in Vietnam.

will be good for a very short stay, consider the breakfast of you are used to more western food.

The hotel seems pretty new, rooms and amenities are in near new condition, the location is great to walk to Han Markets, dragon bridge etc, however taxis are always at the front if you want to head to the beach.

The hotel has a night club on the main road , first floor, o don’t think the rooms are sound proof, as we were able to hear the loud music from the 5th floor and then 9th floor when we got moved. we were put on the 5th floor to start with, also a ballroom is located in the level, there was a wedding that day and we could hear everyone when they went to get lift down, really not a good idea to stay there if they have events. also the breakfast wasn’t as good as we had in Hoi An, this is catered to the Asian tourists, which predominantly stay at the hotel, we had to stick with eggs and toast and fruit the whole time we were there. I understand this is a hard thing to change as the main tourist coke from Asian countries. apart from that the hotel is very pretty, the pool is amazing .
