Beautiful duplex penthouse has 2 floors, ground floor has a kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom with wardrobe, living room with leather armchair and a large terrace where you can eat outside or put in armchairs garden, which communicates with the living room and bedroom. Upstairs, you have another room with 2 bunk beds and air conditioning, upstairs you also have a terrace very large private terrace with barbecue, deck chairs, umbrellas, garden furniture, table and chairs to enjoy the maximum of the day. Among the services the television with all the chains French, Belgian, English, international and TV vlaanderen, wifi ,, garage. It is located in a complex that has 3 pools, two of them large and one for children. is just 5 minutes walk from the beach and only 10 minutes drive from the beaches of Las Americas or Los Cristianos.

Views are great from the balcony and roof terrace. Very convenient for shops and restaurants in Palm Mar. It’s my second booking at this apartment.

This is the second time I stay in this unit and I love the view of the ocean from every floor, also how close to everything within walking distance. In general very nice unit.

The property was as advertised in a great location in a gorgeous well maintained complex. The apartment itself could do with some tlc but it had everything required. The apartment representative was excellent and any issues were resolved very quickly. Would recommend to anyone.

A lot of problems on arriving, most were sorted out by the management whilst there. Apartment very tired especially the bathroom and kitchen, bed not comfortable as plastic matress cover under the sheet. Tiles badly broken on terrace.

The apartment complex was exceptional. The pool and surrounding area was immaculately clean with ample sunbeds. The roof terrace was fantastic to watch the sun go down or just to catch some rays while your having your breakfast. Highly recommend i know I'll definitely be back.

Excellent apartment in Palm Mar

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment, located in Palm Mar. Well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. We really loved the roof terrace and swimming pools at Los Balandros. The complex is really well maintained and in an excellent location with bars, restaurants and shops all within a 5 minute gentle stroll. There are 2 small beaches within an easy 10-15 minute stroll. We will definitely visit again for a relaxing holiday in the sun.

Het appartement heeft een goede ligging, dichtbij supermarkt, dichtbij strand. Palm Mar is een uitstekende uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen. Wij misten wel enkele noodzakelijke spullen die we bij aankomst onmiddellijk dienden aan te kopen (toiletpapier, afwasproduct, zout,..) Als er zich een probleempje voordeed werd dit wel onmiddellijk opgelost. Een dikke pluim hiervoor!

Fantastic property in Central Palm Mar. Very clean, spacious and light. Two outside spaces give you lots of options and the flat is well equipped. Really easy and simple communication between us and the owner /caretaker. We'd be delighted to return on our next trip.

Appartement très propre et bien équipé, vue a couper le souffle, résidence calme avec piscine et place de stationnement dans le garage, joli petit village en bordure de mer. Das Appartement sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben’s uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt. Den Grill auf der Dachterasse haben wir öfters benutzt, es war wunderbar neben dem Sonnenuntergang den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Die Wohnung hat alles da, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht: Waschmaschine, voll ausgestattete Küche, TV mit deutschen Kanälen, Pool direkt vor der Tür und ein kleiner Supermarkt und Bäcker ums Eck. In 10 Minuten ist man in Los Christianos, wenn man ein bisschen Trubel haben will. Palm-Mar ist ein Ort der Ruhe und fernab vom Tourismus. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Ein tolles Apartment

Wir sind im August 2019 für 2 Wochen in dem wunderschönen Apartment gewesen. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager. Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dem Apartment und generell auf Teneriffa sehr sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation vorab war gut und vor Ort super. Cedric hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und schon direkt ein paar gute Tipps über Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Auch konnten wir Ihn jederzeit alles Fragen. Die Wohnung ist so schön gelegen, man hat direkt morgens nach dem aufstehen und dann beim Frühstück den Blick auf das Meer. Der Bäcker im Supermarkt ist nicht weit entfernt. Dort bekommt man alles was man beim Großeinkauf vergessen hat. Der Supermarkt hat bis 21.30 Uhr geöffnet. Auf der Dachterrasse scheint den ganzen Tag die Sonne. Der eine Blick von dort geht zum Meer, der andere auf den Pool. Aber man ist eben ungestört auf der Dachterrasse, was wir sehr genossen haben. Am Pool sind schon zeitweise alle Liegen belegt. Zu der Zeit als wir dort waren, haben wir keinen Deutschen in der Anlage getroffen. Hauptsächlich waren Engländer in der Anlage. Uns hat das aber nicht weiter gestört. Das Abendessen kann man gut auf der Dachterrasse zu sich nehmen. Gerade wenn man BBQ machen möchte. Aber auch die Restaurants im Ort sind super und nicht zu teuer. Das beste jedoch ist die Strandbar Bahia-Beach. Da muss man hin. Generell ist es lohnenswert ein Auto zu haben. Wir haben von dort sehr viel erkundet. Man ist in ca. 15 min in den richtigen Touristengegenden (Las Amerikas, Siam Park (dort macht es sinn den Fast-Pass zu kaufen) ...) und in 60 min in der Hauptstadt . Auch der Weg zum Teide ist ca 60 min entfernt. Lohnt sich wirklich anzuschauen. Loro Park sind ganz knappe 1.5 Stunden. Aber dann hat man quasi auch die ganze Insel einmal gesehen ;-) Fürs Auto gibt es einen Tiefsaragenstellplatz. Ein Aufzug führt dann hoch zur Wohnung. Die Betten von den Kinder sind in der 2. Etage (leider ohne Türe - was aber letztlich ok war). Man muss halt nur immer an dem Bett vorbei wenn man auf die tolle Dachterrasse gehen will. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren vorhanden und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Eine Waschmaschine ist auf der Dachterrasse und so ist auch die Wäsche ganz schnell trocken, nachdem man sie aufgehängt hat. Im Bad befindet sich ein ordentlich großer Fön und ein Bügeleisen (muss man also auch nicht mitbringen). Alls in allem das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top und die Wohnung nur zu empfehlen.

we found the apartment exactly as in the description, very neat, very good equipped, very good located, nice surrounding, not too noisy neighborhood. Very nice balkony and great roof terrace. We hebben ruim 17 dagen genoten van dit appartement. Alles dat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De wijk Palm Mar is wel erg rustig, wij hadden een auto gehuurd voor de gehele vakantie en daar waren we heel blij mee. Maar het appartement is zeer ruim, nette keuken, badkamer die van alle gemakken zijn voorzien. Onze dochter van 16 genoot van haar eigen verdieping. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en alle vragen die we hadden werden zeer snel beantwoord. Onder het appartement is ook nog een eigen parkeerplaats in de garage, wat ook erg fijn is met een huurauto. Kortom een aanrader!

We really enjoyed the stay in this fantastic apartment. The equipment was excellent and everything was in a clean and very well maintained condition.
