The location
The room is absolutely not soundproof.
And the rooms open onto a bar.
It's too noisy.
I spent only one night over there instead of two nights. The staff is very understanding. They refund me the second night.

1. Friendly staff
2. Good location
3. Bathroom is separate from the comfort room
1. Need to walk in a dark and little wet alley before getting to the hostel

Excellent location.
Excellent & Friendly designated remorque driver.
Refreshing a/c, but dependent on having room key in the slot. Good for conservation but takes just as long to cool off the room at the end of the day.
Walls were sticky filthy.
Bed sheets had suspicious stains.
One of the photos on their booking site happens to be the same photo for another hotel.
One mattress was actually a box spring.
No lockers in RS III, although they are available in RS II.
Note: we were initially mistakenly placed in a quad dorm that smelled like the sewer had 'backed up'. I'm a world traveller but that smell ... I could not handle it.

I might suggest change furniture into new curtains and lights and the shower room. Yeah the breakfast is good too ...
Old furniture and curtains are wornout! Change all and style of room. No elevator at all very old style not good for the price.

I love the location and a few of the staff are also good. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot.
The room lacked supplies that the listing said it would have, only one towel. No bath mat and was infested with ants and I mean infested. Some staff are angry and unhappy.

This is a good location, but they need to improve in hospitality services, as the most have no receptionist at the front desk then while up on checking in one guy the receptionist said impolite words to me. please pay more respect to guests.

Good location
Feeling of staying in attic. Reception is in the street
7.0
Very good location, good hot shower. Nice view from balcony
Small room, small bathroom, many stairs (3th floor) rs3 not open ... stayed rs2 (old building)

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location. You are in the heart of the busy area. Also it’s quite cheap
The website is obviously showing old photos. It was a bit of a shock entering the room. Everything is falling apart a bit and definitely no balcony or mini fridge! No handle to the bathroom and stained walls
2.0
Well centered next to the royal palace and other big tourist attractions
The room was really small. The reception is outside and on the other side of the building which is stupid. They wanted us to pay for the towel and they don't give water. Way over price for what it is.
7.0
The room was clean and the air-conditioner worked well.
The staff were grumpy, the bathroom walls were pretty disgusting and the shower was not hot.
6.0
The location and separate room for 17$ per night
Staff not good. I was deceived by one of them. Means 17$ at his exchange rate 4200 local currency. But everywhere 4000. I asked him why(not reasonble answer) and he didn't return me gap

water boiler, AC, hot water, fridge, all good
condition of the place was not perfect, but that is not surprising from the price, so keep your expectations real.

location was good for walking to the sights, staff were very helpful, can book all your tours and helped get us a driver to siem reap at 9.30pm
Only 1 key between 5 people sharing room, very run down, dark and not very clean,we had 6 cockroaches in the room and we ended up checking out the night before we were due to leave as the cockroaches were getting in to our backpacks

The single room actually has a nice view. the night staff was helpful
the entrance is a little confusing, the staff at the actual hostel (the guards) are not even looking to help, the hallways can get noisy (but it’s a hostel so to be expected). the staff on day shift was not the most helpful/welcoming. I arranged for a tuk tuk to go to a few places and although there was an agreed upon price the auto driver the property arranged didn’t stick to that.

All went well, reservation, check in and check out. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location was right for me.
The room could be cleaner and maybe some fresh paint. I would stay there again..

bad smell, dirty

Very helpful and friendly personnel. Kitchen and rooftop terras with view. Really authentic location in more residential part of Chinatown.

Nice place and near

not much
false advertising, booked a triple room and the pictures showed a clean modern bathroom, what we saw however was dirty, cramped, open lid toilet that made whole room stink, and ceiling covered in spiders
