About this cottage rental
Swallows is a semi-detached coastal bungalow with sea views situated on Bank End Farm, Ventnor on the Isle of Wight and can sleep six people in one double bedroom with en-suite and two twin bedrooms. There is a family bathroom. The rest of the bungalow contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for two cars and a decked balcony area with furniture, plus shared use of a large gravelled and lawned area. Swallows is only a five minute walk from the beach and is ideal for a family or group of friends looking for a traditional seaside break.
Amenities: Electric panel heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Cot and highchair on request. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Decked balcony area with furniture and BBQ. Shared use of large gravelled and lawned area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.4 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: The property has direct access to the coastal footpath, children to be supervised.
Region: The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walkers paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.
Town: The Victorian seaside resort of Ventnor is situated at the southern end of the Isle of Wight. The town is sheltered by St. Boniface Down, one of the island's highest points, and it also offers sandy and shingle beaches, the Botanical Gardens, shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants.
