I only stayed one night and cancelled the planned 4 nights.

Location The posted outside picture on line.

When I drove up it looked run down. There was no elevator. The area is sketchy.

Bad experience!

The staff was friendly, and we appreciated the staff let us stay in a bigger room due to our big luggage plus no elevator.

1. Unsafe area for car owners. We rent our car and parked at their place, and the windshield was scratched during the night. Anyone could walk in the parking area for sure. 2. Terrible bed! When I sat down, the mattress became nice V shape, so if you have back problem, this bed will give you more back pain the next day. 3. Housekeeping Big Mistake Episode 1! We stayed at ground floor. When we came back our room in the evening, we noticed our curtain and window were completely opened. That means anyone walked by could see clearly our personal belongings inside. Our closet was opened too. No privacy at all! 4. Housekeeping Big mistake Episode 2! Check out time was 11am, but housekeeping knocked at our door and asked us if we are leaving or staying. They should have checked the information instead of disturbing us. It was not our check out time yet, but we felt we were being pushed to get out. So rude. The whole experience was not good at all. We won’t stay there again and was our big mistake for sure.

La habitación no era muy limpia, le hace falta una renovación urgente. Vancouver es una ciudad horriblemente cara, por lo que quedarse en Burnaby era la opción más realista. Desde el hotel estás a un bus de la estación Edmonds y después al Downtown, que debe ser entre todo como una hora.

Al hotel le hace falta una remodelación urgente; viejo, un poco sucio, pero tolerable dentro de todo.

Exceptional

Regardless of reviews, we have stayed twice for a week at a time and each time our room was clean, and well maintained with staff doing their due diligence to keep on top of everything. The beds were comfy and the location is convienent.

Rooms are a bit small, but that really has more to do with the fact that there were 4 of us.

I liked the kitchenette

I didn't like it when they cut the chain on my door to come clean the room. I was working nightshift and didn't appreciate being woken up and yelled at for not putting the do not disturb sign up.

Was a continental breakfast not what I expected also didn’t realiz that I would get stuck with hole bill because I booked for every one would never do that again thought they could all pay when they checked out have never booked on line that’s teaches me a.lesson

Great value for a clean place with friendly staff. The beds were pretty firm.

Very limited TV channels, bed was too hard for my taste. We reserved two rooms with kitchenettes and king beds but only got one of those rooms, the 2nd was a queen bed and room wasn't as nice

I felt the price didn't reflect the lack of a good breakfast

The ladies at the front desk were very nice and professional but kind. The parking was convenient and I felt safe leaving the car by the front at night.

Not very good breakfast. No place to sit down to eat. Had to eat in your room. Very little to from on the small counter by the front door. Toast and bagged oatmeal. I guess it served it's purpose but when you are paying over $225 a night, it could have been better. The room was clean when we came. We. Stayed 5 days while waiting for my granddaughter's apartment to be ready and we're careful not to require much cleaning in that time but it did seem less and less was given as the time went by. You need to change carpet or clean huge spots out that are everywhere.

I was 'happy' to leave!

The location. Young staff member tried to help. Young staff required someone on site to assist her to help me.

No hairdryer. No television, it was not functioning. Room was uncomfortably warm and young staff member had to call the off-site manager to help with air conditioning. The bedding had plastic underneath? A damage deposit required to stay on location - on top, of sharing credit card for check-in!
