Not worth the price, super disappointed about the hot tub

Bed and pillow were comfortable, good location, friendly staff

Hot tub was closed, room was hot, air conditioner unit ticked throughout the night, breakfast sausages were undercooked

Won’t use this hotel again

Pool closes too early The hot tub is out of order All ice machines are not work Couldn’t get ice during our stay, I had to buy ice from outside

Most of the staff are not friendly, especially restaurant and bar I could have stayed in a better hotel for less money Not worth the money I paid

Perfect place to stay before our morning flight from Calgary to Atlanta.

Our king suite was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was quite good with a lot of variety.

I paid more to get less. I won’t stay at this hotel again.

The staff were very friendly. They are the only reason I didn’t give this hotel a 0 score.

It didn’t come with breakfast, which is what I missed when I booked this hotel here. With the price of the rooms in my past experience, it usually comes with breakfast. The lighting was inconsistent and dim in my room. Most of the wall plugs didn’t work properly. I have stayed in other hotels within 10 minute proximity at a cheaper price, while having newer/cleaner beddings and offering breakfast. Another odd thing is that I have to ask for room services; the staff said they’ve been like this since COVID. Other hotels which I stayed nearby weren’t like this.

Good hotel but a little overpriced

Great location, close to the airport and a couple good restaurants within walking distance. Large rooms and cozy bed

Staff were not very attentive or helpful, the pool is rented out on weekends to a swim school, which meant that it was hard to enjoy it. The price was expensive for what it was.

The in house restaurant was convenient. The breakfast was very good. The airport shuttle was not operational, but they provided a taxi voucher. Staff, especially in the restaurant were very nice.

Large room, clean and updated

The room was advertised as having an jacuzzi tub which is why we chose it, however upon check in we discovered that wasn't the case. We were told that hotel no longer had spa tubs but were still advertised as having them on booking.

It would have been nice if the service at front desk was acceptable.

It was very comfortable and clean.

Terrible service when we arrived. We had flight trouble so arrived late in the night with two children. Staff member wouldn’t let us in without our booking number. We didn’t have the one he wanted since we just had the booking.com one. All we had was the confirmation email that showed we had a room booked. Long story short is that we had to get upset with him in order for him to let us into our pre-booked room. His customer service was lacking. It was very difficult to deal with that after a very long day and night.

Recommend this, especially if you have an early flight out of Calgary.

Close to the airport, quiet, suite was comfortable for my husband and I and our teenage grandson. Food was very good.

Only complaint was the jets weren’t working on the hot tub.

Comfortable,relaxing stay.

Close to the airport. Lots of choice for breakfast. Good evening meal. Very comfortable beds. Air conditioning and ice machine. Friendly approachable staff. Also great that there is a bus shuttle service to the airport.

The door to the wardrobe was too small. For such a big room I expected more. Nowhere to put suit cases. I would prefer China cups or mugs and glasses rather than the single use disposable cups provided in the room.

The hotel stay was good, the room was satisfactory and breakfast was excellent.

Everything went well except when we returned from a very long and exhausting trip we were stood up at the airport by the driver from the Hotel that was supposed to pick us up and take us to the Hotel. Something needs to change the driver didn’t check pickup point #17 if he had he would have seen us there with our luggage, the hotel should have given him our names that way he would have known to pick us up at pick-up point #17. We resolved the issue with a $30.00 taxi ride.

Clean, modern rooms; friendly staff; convenient to airport with comp 24hr shuttle.

The room was large with a comfy reading chair/ottoman, desk/chair, a very nice bed, fridge and coffee maker. The room decor and bathroom were updated and very clean. The continental breakfast was nice. The complimentary airport shuttle service was great; our driver Wayne was most cordial.

We booked the hotel because it had a pool and hot tub so that we could unwind and relax after a week of skiing before returning home. At 3:00 the pool and hot tub were being used by approx twenty children, non-guests who were there with British Swim School taking lessons. Swimming laps for exercise was not possible as there were too many children. And, the hot tub jets did not work…so no relaxation.

Being so close to the airport, u was concerned it would be noisy with the airplanes landing/taking off. But it was very quiet, I appreciated that.

Our room had a very large stain on the carpet. Made me worry about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. The employee upon check in had a bit of an attitude with us.

would’ve been nice to have a way to book the shuttle. had to call but wasn’t clear on the website what times were available. ended up lucking out that the shuttle driver was already at the airport for another pick up when I called
