ROOM SMELLED BAD , WE SPRAYED WITH ROOM FRESHNER BUT IT SEEMED TO BE MUSTY CARPET.

Nothing ,couldn't stay didn't have a credit card they wouldn't take visa debit NIT pleased .was not stated I needed a major credit card

I am totally disappointed

I was impressed with the "quiet" A/C unit. Slept well with it running all night. I've been elsewhere and the racket was unbearable. The staff was great, at checkin/out, and even when I had other questions about what was available nearby.

Nothing, didn't stay, staff appallingly rude, disrespectful and aggressive

I arrived, hotel has no accessibility entrance no lift and no accessibility facilities despite my calling on day of booking to confirm facilities. Was treated with rudeness, aggression and pure ignorance. On checking in was asked, can you walk up stairs, myself and my sister were using walking sticks, I replied NO, their response was well we don't have a lift' confused I asked why we were put on the first floor when I had called ahead on the day I booked to request accessibility. Their response was, 'well we're fully booked and that's all we have' then one of the receptionist, the rude and aggressive one, came from the back office and stated in a very aggressive tone ' I've moved one of our guests and given you an 'upgrade' one bed and one settee on the ground floor' I responded that os not an upgrade 2 beds for one, don't be ridiculous, at which point she raised her voice, it's an upgrade because you have a sliding door out ti the back! Then to her colleague who was sniggering the whole time, 'should we just throw someone out of their room' At this point I had hadcenough asked for a number of another hotel, I was greeted with rudeness. An absolutely unbelievable experience. I did say to them all I wanted when I arrived having not received the accommodation I had expected, was a sime apology. I repeated that several times, stating theie behaviour was unacceptable and poor customer service. I would not recommend thos hotel ro anyone, ever.

Stayed at Comfort Inn Cambridge the prior evening, $50 deposit on credit card. This one wants $250. When I asked why. The answer was that they were privately owned. When I said that means you can choose a different rate, she stated that head office makes rules. If it's privately owned, head office doesn't make the rules. I don't appreciate being lied to or someone uneducated, making up false information to satisfy their expectations. This is not a business I want to deal with again. Then I was to get reimbursed my $150 for the room. Knowing I now needed to book a room elsewhere, they proceeded to not confirm the reimbursement until the next MORNING. VERY CONSIDERATE

Great location. Fast free WiFi. Clean, airconditioned room. Separate entrance for customers. Fridge with no bar, meaning kids had nothing to consume, haha. My friend who was supposed to pick me up for stuck in traffic and the place accommodated me with late check-out free of charge. Fantastic staff. Pleasant stay. Recommend 100%.

There were noisy children and adults in the hall from the hockey tournament. Luckily they settled down at bedtime.

The washroom was extraordinarily clean!

Even though I booked through the app, my booking was not in their system and I had to rebook while there. Took the staff a very long time to figure it out and they could've had better service as I waited for around 20 mins for the reception to come back to the desk, if away for a break, totally understandable, however a sign should be posted so customers are not confused.
