Parking in front of accomodation.
I chose and paid extra to have a room with two queen beds and a mountain view. When we arrived we were told that the room type we booked was not available. They tried to tell us we had been given an upgrade but we were not. We had to use a pull down bed which then filled up the floor space so we could not walk around and the bed in the bedroom was so old it creaked and the mattress was collapsing . I could hardly walk the next morning from trying to sleep on an old broken bed. Very disappointed. We were pleased we only had one night there. We would have left after one night if we had booked for longer. They need new beds!

Staff were courteous and super helpful. When we arrived, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to room with microwave, kettle, fridge so that we could be near the other party in our group, even though we had a pet with us. Rooms were comfortable and no issues. Array of three restaurants/cafes and complimentary mini golf on site. Nice picnic tables by the golf course, so we could keep our dog with us at meals (no dogs allowed at the restaurants, even the outdoor seating area). The swimming pool was pretty empty at 9 am so was able to swim laps in the 13 m pool, which also has locker rooms with showers downstairs. My parents liked the music night (Fridays and Saturdays only) which also came with s'mores and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows in the gazebo. Very convenient location in Lake Louise Village, short walk to the Samson Mall, bus stops to Lake Louise as well as Parks Connector to Lake Louise Gondola. Also the pickup/ dropoff site for the Fairview (pet friendly) shuttle to Moraine Lake.
Expensive but this is expected for the convenience of location. Wish the pool was open earlier, at 7 or 8 am for those of us who like to swim laps. The pool locker room shower was COLD for several minutes, might be good to have a sign so that people know it takes a while to warm up.

Schwimmbad inkl. 3 Hot Tubs

Amazing location, the grounds are well kept and fun to explore and socialize,
Room updates needed, and no AC with poor ventilation in the rooms. There are “green” ways to keep guests more comfortable than they did, but the staff and location make up for the uncomfortable overnights.

All was very good. We enjoyed the main restaurant. Food was good, priced reasonably, and friendly service. Our room was clean, however it was a bit worn and dated.

We liked the location. The beds were comfortable. The availability of TVs was good and their size, The bathrooms were nice. The suite was recently renovated and looked good. The kitchen was decently stocked. The temperature of the pool water was very good and comfortable.
The pillows were all too soft. They should have more firm options. The floor was very dirty. The couch was not comfortable and the cushions kept sliding out. Weird temperature controls particularly in 2nd bedroom. The pictures on the website made the rooms and the suite look much bigger than in person. The unit is listed for a maximum occupancy of 8 people but it would be way too squishy for 8 people and there are only 6 chairs at the dining table.
The swimming pool area could use more lights. The price is a bit expensive. Prices of coffee in the hotel are way too expensive.

Our rooms were upgraded and we received complimentary breakfast. Staff was fabulous!
Rooms were a bit dated for price

The breakfast was very tasty, a very nice variety. I think that a continental breakfast (coffee and croissant), should be included in the room's price.
The venta in the bathroom is far too noisy. An air condition system would be great.

Great location near shuttle pickups for the lakes. Lovely restaurant and great pizza pub. Fantastic indoor pool and 2 jacuzzis plus a warm plunge. Nice rooms, attentive staff. Great food. A little expensive but it was worth it!
Loved it all

The front desk staff was welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They were able to offer us weary travelers a complimentary upgrade to a cozy 2-bedroom condo with fireplace and balcony!I The walk into town was short, and the bus and shuttle stops were located nearby. Our request for a late check out was graciously granted so that my son and I could visit the amazing gondola on the morning of our departure!
I can think of nothing that could have gone better...

Pleasant staff. Nice pool. Bed quite comfortable. Had lovely evening meal and breakfast in restaurant. Plenty of parking space.
We were placed on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator to carry our 3 large cases (2 of our party were seniors) so this wasn't great, and there was no other option. Pillows were uncomfortable.

Room was very out dated and felt dirty, especially for the price we were paying. This was the most expensive inn we stayed at on our trip and the room was the most uncomfortable, old and unpleasant. We stayed in Canmore, Banff and Jasper and all were bright, fresh and updated and $100 to $150 cheaper a night. Couldn't get coffee or food in the morning since the coffee stand didn't open till 7 and we had to leave by 7. We stayed in building 2, maybe other buildings have been updated.

One of rooms was very chilly

Staff very friendly and helpful and multi lingual. They have 2 restaurants and a Starbucks which are essential as you don't have to go out for food and coffee. They also have a corner selling snacks and drinks until late.
It is already very good for a lodge, but if you want to criticize, they can employ a better chef.

We will eat at the property next time.
