Adequate.

Proximity to airport. Room was reasonably quiet.

Motel style means less security. Limited access to meals.

Dangerous and uncomfortable stay! Be aware!

The staff were all very friendly and we felt welcomed at the front desk.

Unfortunately, this hotel is rather dangerous as they mounted their tv to the drywall instead of the stud and it ended up falling in the middle of the night. I'm so thankful that my dog wasn't sleeping there or my kid wasn't nearby or else it would've killed her (my dog) or left them severely injured. In addition, the sofa bed that my parents slept in the living room was so indented in they were sleeping on a slanted angle and squeaked at every turn they made at night. Your money would be well spent somewhere else.

Very accommodating for our 2 stays a few days apart

Held our luggage over a couple days while we went to Vancouver Island, also checked us in early. TV with netflix.

Exceptional

Everything was great, moved here after a less than wonderful stay at another airport hotel the night before. This hotel was twice as nice, used shuttle from airport twice, great experience, free parking and 10% off at restaurant

Great place to stay when you need an early pick-up to the airport.

The desk clerk/manager was excellent! He was friendly and anticipated all of our needs. I would return to this hotel just because of him alone. The hotel was cheery, lots of flowers and we liked to bathtub ducky!

Great one night stay!

The room was big, the bed really confortable. The shuttle wasn't available so they reimburse the taxi from the airport and had a voucher to cover the taxi fee when i headed to the airport the next day. The staff was nice and efficient.

The bathroom could've been cleaner but other than that it was all good. The price was a bit high but the end of june is the touristic season so i guess that make sense.

Friendly check in staff.

Anyone walking pass the only window can see the room unless the blinds are closed, making the room quite dark all the time because the lights are not very bright. A bit dated and the carpet is a bit old.

Superb

Location suits us perfectly. Rooms are large and comfortable. They have laundry - key for remote workers. We also much preffer rooms with outside acces rather than normal hotel. This idea should be more common. Used to be I guess.

Favourite place to stay!

The best central location to access most areas of city. It is very quiet considering proximity to airport and freeway.

Some of the lighting (lamps) were not working so made the suite darker than we would have liked. The smoking areas are too close to suites doorways and the smell drifted to our room several times especially the "pot".
