The location was perfect and they even upgraded us.

Location great. Room spacious. Check out 12pm and easy quick checkout. Starbucks underneath. Good restaurants close by. Everything walking distance and on waterfront. Room lovey and comfortable
Extremely busy in lobby area . It’s the cruise hotel
Unfortunately
There were chairs outside our room seating area which looked lovely but 7am a guests decided she wanted to make all her calls on speaker phone!! I let reception know for future guests.

Helpful staff and great location.

We loved that it was connected to the cruise terminal. Our departure day was on Canada Day and staying there made it so easy to get around the events that were taking place and closing of streets.
It was pricey but we received an upgrade on our room at check in and it was a huge upgrade.

The fact I could hear clearly the people talking in the room adjacent to mine.

The parking is okay.
I saw a mouse in one of their restaurant, when I let them know they were like it’s a old building then said it’s from outside but it wasn’t a drown mouse and saw in area without balcony.

The jazz night was a rip off. I wrote to the front desk with my complaints

Great location and close to cruise terminal. Room was very comfy and we had a good view.
That we had to wait four hours to get into our room after disembarking a cruise ship. Too long.

Beautiful hotel, great location in heart of city and views of ocean and mountains. Staff friendly. Close to walking areas around Canada Place.
If you want to park in the public garage attached to the hotel and remove your car daily, it will run you about $50 a day... pretty expensive.

Amazing view and brilliant location. Very comfortable room with some treats even that were much enjoyed.
Staff were super helpful and friendly
There was a problem with the elevators the first day - very slow ... seemed to improve on second day so maybe a one off.

Clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved how close it is to the cruise ships. Porter takes your luggage to the ship.

Right at the cruise terminal. Gratuity based luggage handling from hotel to ship, which speeds up the very long embarkation experience. Good breakfast. Great views over harbour to Lions Gate bridge. Free shuttle to Capilano bridge just outside. Food court and drug store across the road (accessible under the road from hotel).
Unsure how much to pay as a fair gratuity for luggage service. High price for rooms compared to other nearby hotel suites.

Pool was fabulous. Great location.

Hotel had an excellent location and our room had a beautiful view over the bay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.
The hotel is 5 stars on booking.com. It felt very much like a 4 star business hotel. The decoration is very dated, bland and soulless. The bathroom similarly needs an update The reception and public areas followed the bland old-fashioned theme. The staff were efficient but no more than that. We also stayed in the Hotel Georgia which is very close to this hotel, also a 5 star hotel at a similar price and it was in a different class. It isn't on the shore line but I would recommend it over this hotel.

Disappointed with the room i had. The picture presented when i booked is different to the room i had. I was expecting the panoramic and all window room but i only have the side windows but in fairness the room is huge and spacious and with the nice harbor view.
2.0 / 5.0
The location is excellent and the views of the harbour are great. Parking is well located, but a little pricey at $50/night. The room was clean, but not modern. Some staff were great.
If you're looking for a 5 star experience, go elsewhere. We asked for an early check-in, but only got the keys to our room at 5pm. The default check-in time is 4pm, which is already quite late when considering the amount of money you'll pay to stay here.
The receptionist gave no information about amenities or services in the hotel. We weren't even told about breakfast arrangements! Parking was expensive. Some bar staff couldn't have cared any less. The hotel is decent, but closer to a high 3 star than a 5 star.
