Having to pay for parking

Déjeuner non inclus ???
Securité du stationnement . On a voulu volé mes vélos.
Pourquoi $17.00 pour le stationnement ???

Location is great, cleanliness is superb
The ac blew constantly making the background noise loud and constant. Bathroom shower enclosure is completed with a plastic curtain - plexiglass sliding doors are more desirable.

The hotel wouldn't honor the $18.00 breakfast price that our confirmation and charged $20.00.
There was a $17.00 parking fee we weren't expecting.
One person in our party asked about an upgrade...was told it would be $25.00. When he checked out it was actually $80.00!
We felt very deceived.
Lovely hotel. Lovely rooms.
Never going back to a place we don't know the costs up front!!

We had 2 king rooms for Agribition (4 nights). Rooms were comfortable and maid service every day. Good selection for breakfast but at $20 a head it should be.
Supper in the restaurant was terrible - only ate there the first night. My steak was raw when asked for well done. They took it away and 20mins later brought the same steak back burnt to a crisp with the same onion ring. I could not eat it. I ate one bite of the entire meal and they only discounted 30% off that meal. The other 3 guests meals were just ok. Back home in Alberta that whole meal would have been dicky red. My daughters room could not get the wifi to work and got calls at 3am about fixing it. We also got charged $6 for 2 bottles of complimentary water.

Food was delicious and packaged to go with care and attention to detail
The location (parking lot & immediate surroundings) was dirty and had a lot of loiterers. Also very limited on where we could take a dog outside to potty.

The staff was so welcoming and accommodating! clean rooms and felt safe during our stay
we had an issue with the heat in our room, was very cold and then extremely hot but it didn’t impact our stay too badly.

I loved how welcoming the front desk staff were. Very helpful and very kind.
The location was not the best but still a nice hotel!

Excellent checkin attendants. Very clean rooms.
The restaurant atmosphere did not match the quality of food. Was a wonderful dinner, but would have enjoyed a nicer environment.

the linens and the bed were very comfortable
the bar closed early

Hotel was in a great location and was very clean and well presented
I didn’t like that there wasn’t more outdoor parking for larger trucks and cars that don’t fit in the parking garage. I also didn’t like how you don’t have an early check in option even for a small fee there is no way to check in early rather disappointing

its tall, and has balconies, great staff
couldn’t fit in the parkade, room was very basic for the cost

The hotel was clean. The carpets could use a good cleaning though. And would be better if breakfast was included and if there was a pool.
There was not a pool. Underground parking was a little scary. Breakfast was not included.

Good location
Pool and hot tub would have been nice
