I would stay here again

I wasn’t offered. The breakfast with the location is great centre of everything that I needed to go and do.

Location

There was a horrible smell throughout the hotel of sewer. My husband saw a mouse run into the kitchen. In the dining room the sewer smell was so bad we took our food to the room. The bathroom in the Restaraunt was closed and blocked off.

Very pleasant stay once we settled in. Good food and friendly staff made the stay enjoyable.

location, new carpet on 12th floor corridor, comfortable bed, good working TV, V. Good breakfast buffet, V. good staff whomever we spoke to.

Run down feel. Elevators adequate but a bit rough around the edges. Bathroom old toilet with giant cistern and very long flush and fill. Visible repair to bathtub. Blood stain on top sheet. Cigarette burns in carpet near bed. Screeching shower head.

Nothing, there were ppl out front that made us feel uncomfortable. The man at the front desk was very nice. The hotel had a horrible smell when 1st walked in smelled like a sewer back up. Needs lots of TLC. Went to the room smelled like mens body spray. We checked out, did not stay, l, did not feel safe. The glass above the check in desk had green moss growing on the outside of it.

Good location, free parking, room rate was very reasonable. Handy to the hospital and the mall.

I already travelled many countries, but that hotel was far away from my expectations. Firstly they gave me wrong room, which was totally different from pictures on the page, it was unclean, full bin, old linen, used towels, a lot of hairs. Then changed my room for better one. But it was problem that the key didn't work for lift, so I came back to reception, they repaired it, then the key didn't work for room, so back to reception, they repaired it, so back to try it on 15th floor, but it didn't work again. So I went to reception again, they told me, if I wait they gonna call maintenance. Maintenance couldn't open it, because there was problem with the door. So after 30 minutes, I kept my staff there and I went for hockey game. After I came... Again the key didn't work for my room. So let's go back to reception. The lady repaired it. After changing the room, 5 times repaired it and couple hours of waiting I could entry to my room at 22pm. Thank you. Never again!!!

Good bang for the buck but you pay for what you get.

Convenient location

There was something wrong with the elevators, slow moving and it was so hot out we thought we were stuck inside it. Took several minutes to even move. Couldn’t get any service in the lounge area, major language barrier and short staffed. Actually got up and left to go eat at another near by hotel as we had a concert to get to.

Staff was very friendly as service was quick. Room was clean. A little warm but it was hot out. It was nice that the window opened to get airflow.

The Elevators were an issue. Only one of the 3 for the tower we were in worked and not all the buttons lit up so you were not sure if you were event going to stop at your floor.
