Malgré le fait que le ménage laissait à désirer, nous avons adoré l'emplacement de l'hôtel.

L'emplacement et le service à l'accueil. La chambre est très bien située. Le petit déjeuner est parfait ainsi que le service.

Le ménage dans la chambre aurait pu être mieux fait. Beaucoup de poussière et aucun savon ni champoing dans la salle de bain. Quant au matelas, il aurait pu être un peu plus dur.

Good location, but would be nice to have a better breakfast and more sound-proof doors in rooms.

Two separate bedrooms were a plus, one with its own door, which was great for people sleeping in that bedroom. The location is close to city center and nice for walking around.

It was noisy at night, people were talking loudly in the corridor, and the sound isolation of the entrance door is not very good. Breakfast was below any reasonable expectation. Very limited choice.

Je n'y retournerai plus

Déjeuner adéquat mais un gros manque de personnel pour nettoyer et remplir les plats

Le stationnement payant. Non mais pourquoi devrais-je payer pour un stationnement qui n'est même pas sur le terrain de l'hôtel et qui en plus n'est même pas surveillé . J'avais avec moi une personne handicapée, et les places réservées étaient utilisées par des gens à vélo ???

Très bel endroit

L'emplacement idéal avec une vue magnifique sur le fleuve et le parlement. Les chambres spacieuses avec literie confortable.

Dommage qu'il y ait si peu de restaurants autour, car l'hôtel ne propose pas de dîner sur place. Il faut donc reprendre la voiture pour aller dîner.

Très bel hôtel et le rapport qualité prix est excellent

C’est près de tout, casino, centre rideau, lit très confortable. Même des petites lingettes démaquillantes offertes

Nous avons attendus 30 minutes à notre arrivée, il n’y avait pas de personnel pour nous donner l’accès à notre chambre. Nous sommes arrivés à 20:30 et la personne est arrivée à 21:00. Après une longue route (de l’Abitibi) nous avions hâte de nous installer. Le parking, très serré et petit.

주변에 공사로 인해서 소음이 심했고, 방음이 잘 안되서 복도의 소리가 그대로 들려서 밤 늦게 다니는 사람들의 소리가 들렸음

Best western

Bed was comfortable, nice room size and location

It took over an hour for check in. Arrived and 10 people were in line and it wasn't moving. Lady at the front was alone and couldn't call for help and the service was very slow. Diningroom staff were nice.

The pro property itself was ok

Between phone calls asking for help before we even arrived, I found the staff very rude and unhelpful, not friendly at all. The air in one of our bedrooms was broken, there was no cream for the coffee up front and when I asked, I was bluntly told no they don’t have any.

Mediocre Hotel, too expensive for what you get

Location was good and easy to find

Pictures are deceiving and much better than the hotel itself. It's very outdated. Hallways are tiny and very hard to get through. The pool was cold and outdated. I'm not sure if it was the pool are that was cold or the pool itself but it was cold to be in there in and out of the water. Rooms are OK, it was all OK for a 1 night stay. I'm mostly disappointed at the cost, $200 after all the fees and taxes + parking for that hotel and room is disappointing.

Unsatisfactory as a room but good location.

Not clean. Found nail clippings on the floor from previous occupant. Opened the curtains and windows were filthy. My daughter slept on the sofa bed and the springs were hurting her. My bed was a double but pillows were uncomfortable. Pool was not as advertised in photos.

The rooms were small, toilet didn't flush and the other room bathroom was leaking (replaced the room). The breakfast area was small and crowded. The rooms are overpriced.

Great choice for touristic experience

We chose this place for its amazing view of Ottawa river and Parliament building and we weren't disappointed - heart of the city visible from your room is wonderful! Room is comfy; bathroom is new and very comfortable, has everything you need (except mentioned bathrobes), also has a large window with nice view. Great benefit - free coffee machine with tasty coffee and microwave near reception (there is also small coffee machine in room, but the coffee is not tasty). Daily room cleaning. Great area: quiet but close to store, restaurant, park, museum, bus stop, bridge to Ottawa.

The only one real problem is the air conditioner: it's noisy, and the worst part both ours and next room's air conditioner were placed on our balcony - this makes it almost not possible to stay on the balcony since it's very noisy and very hot.

Overall, it was fine for our short stay

The property was clean and very modern. The staff was helpful and kind.

One elevator was broken while the other one took forever to get up and down. We also had a privacy note on the door so when we were out, the maid would not come in however they still came in.
