Wonderful stay

Our room was very clean and spacious! The bathroom was also a great size. Having a balcony, BBQ Grill, kitchen, washer, and dryer made our stay nice and comfortable! This hotel is surrounded by other similarly styled hotels -- a very nice place to walk around and quiet.

That we had to leave! :)

Amazingly friendly and accommodating team. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was tidy and nicely decorated. It contained everything (and more) of what is accompanied in a standard hotel suite. The staff were absolutely exceptional and accommodating. They went above and beyond in multiple interactions I had with the staff members.

Decent place to stay in Canmore.

It was a great location, very close to Main Street. The one bedroom suite was spacious and there was a washer and dryer which was very convenient.

The sofa bed which my sons slept on wasn’t great.

We had a very comfortable stay. Joshua is the best staff to speak with at the reception area, the other ladies were not

The unit is spacious and everything you need is there! Washer and dryer in the unit, nice bathroom and a kitchen! HOWEVER!! When checkin in we were sent into a wrong room we tried opening it for many times, we came back to front desk to inform them key wasn’t working she then replaced it with new one but it didn’t work again then she decided to check it herself and it ended up not working, she tried to activate it again or something and it didn’t not work AGAIN! It ended up someone was already in the room and she wasn’t aware, she then tried opening the next room but there was someone in there already, ( The couple were shocked about the incident, they said that it happened to us where there was someone mistaken their room for theirs) anyways, the front desk came to check again and finally we got to right room! Imagine having to experience that after tiring day! It is really frustrating and we should be compensated for the inconvenient we experience but NOTHING!! They didn’t do anything.

Had a great time in Canmore and the Falcon Crest Lodge.

Loved the mountain view from our balcony and the grounds were serene to look at. Loved the fireplace, kitchen and huge shower.

It was clean.

The restaurant was closed. We did not know this to start with and the receptionist did not know about that either. That was a disappointment for us. We did not know the eateries in Canmore and just went to survival mode.

The whole environment made us enjoy our stay. The comfort the views and the friendly staff. Easy to get around town. Will be back for sure.
