Good
I left a toiletry bag at the hotel and afterwards confirmed with the front desk that it would be ready for pick up before my daughter travelled to the hotel from Burnaby by Uber to collect it. However, when my daughter went there it wasn’t at the front desk and the staff couldn’t find it and were quite rude about it. They later found it again and let me know. But I had to send a courier to pick it up, and pay for the courier, after my daughter had already made a special trip down there to get it.

Although out of town the hotel was easy to get to via public transport. The complimentary breakfast was excellent

Bastante bien. Las camas muy cómodas, la habitación grande y limpia.
El desayuno es bastante mejorable. Y el aire de la habitación hace mucho ruído.

The breakfast was excellent, very nourishing and a great start to the day. The room was clean, warm and very well furnished. The location of the hotel was great. The bus route to downtown had a stop right outside the lobby, also routes to many other parts of the city! My room was on the back side of the hotel so it was great to have no traffic noise.
The fridge was an older model and was quite loud during the night as it turned off and on and the toilet cistern also had a noticeable drip which was annoying at night also.

De shuttle naar de stad.
Het ontbijt.
Elke dag moesten we om 1 handdoek vragen. In.plaats van 4 zetten ze elke dag 3.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and always provided outstanding assistance. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a step above other "free breakfasts" we've experienced.
3.6
Quiet, comfortable room. Great location for our needs. Really appreciated the breakfast, tastier than the usual continental…warm and filling.

Room n breakfast.
The room access card us not efficeient. Every morning I had to reactivate the card at the reception.

Belle apparence. Bon déjeuner. Personnel aimable.
Chambre sur la rue bruyante mais l’hôtel n’y peut rien.
3.6
Grand lit confortable, déjeuner copieux
Un leu loin du centre-ville. On doit passer par la rue Hasting pleine d’itinérants

The staff was courteous.
Everything in the hotel looked old and in need of renovation/replacement. Breakfast was pretty bad. At booking, the hotel claimed to have shuttle to the airport, but didn’t offer reservations. In the end they didn’t have room on the shuttle for me and my family.

Location, staff, breakfast, good lobby smell.
The furniture is very old, high priced.

Breakfast. Personal.
Noise from the street

Good value for the money and located away from some of the homeless areas. Clean rooms and attractive lobby area. Lots of food for breakfast. Wi fi was free as was indoor parking and breakfast.
Stayed in room 202, all night there was a loud compressor shutting on and off, very loud and woke me up every time it came on. Possibly an ice-maker or something, but def. loud. Sound proof the compressor and you have great value for the booking.com price.

I could bring my scooter up the elevator into my room
How expensive it was, prices are just ridiculous these days.

Nice continental breakfast including hot eggs, bacon and hash browns. Like the new breakfast room renovation. Lots of light.
Paint peeling in bathroom, fan could be better.

Location was ok
Place is real dirty & no electricity at 1am in the morning

Some staff respond good and smile
Toothbrush and shaving must be needed as a basic amenity
Breakfast never changed in three days…
If you are the guest how do you feel…

The rooms were basic but clean
The breakfast is paper plates with plastic knife and wooden fork.

the staff were excellent, and the room was spacious, and breakfast was good. The shuttle down to the cruise ship was excellent.
I didn't like that there was no where to get a snack upon our arrival at night. Even the vending machine was unavailable, as it was in the gym, which was locked. That machine should be moved.

people are nice especially the filipinos!!
great value for money and clean location

In addition to the cost of the room, you took $400 from the card. For what?
I rented a room in your hotel for my son. He is from Ukraine. You took additional funds from my card four times - three times for $50, and then another $250. How could you do that? For what? We suffered so much from the war. God is your judge.

The room was bigger than most. It was older. Staff at reception were not very helpfull with enquiries about tours etc. They were helpful with laundry that we used during our stay. Breakfast was reasonable.
I didnt like that I could not book any tours from the property nor was there any information given to us about Vancouver when we enquired.
3.6
break fast was ok. no safe deposit in the room which is very necessary for people who visit for vacation. front desk was not able to give any guidance about the city. no water in the room.

The free breakfast was great. The secure underground parking was reassuring. Beds were comfortable.
Our air conditioner was on the fritz for 2 of our 5 days. Our bathroom sink sprung a leak that maintenance tried to fix by taping it. It held for less than 12 hours and was leaking again. Hotel is on an ambulance route to the hospital, so the sirens were loud and frequent
