Refreshing an relaxing

Felt like home as soon as you walk in! Very kind staff, pool an hot tub were perfect be that it was freezing outside!

It was enjoyable but a little far from what I thought it would be.

The staff was very friendly and the bed was super comfy.

The view was of an old dilapidated building. Fair bit of damage to the walls and furniture.

Nice place, clean, but......

Very clean rooms and facility. Location was very quiet. Staff were very helpful.

Using key cards to operate the elevator, I understand the reasoning. However, the hotel NEEDS to make sure the stupid cards actually WORK. You needed to repeatedly insert the key card until you received a green light, so you could use the elevator....if it worked in 5 attempts....you won the lottery. I had to have my cards replaced 3 times. THE KEY CARDS DON'T WORK IN THE ELEVATOR!!! Extremely frustrating. Be careful, if you think the hotel is located in the NW part of Edmonton, it actually isn't. I needed to be much closer to the Acheson area and specifically booked this hotel because the address said it was in the NW. Spoiler alert....it's NOT in the NW part of the city. It's more like the SE part of Edmonton. Also, lots of construction in the area

Won't go again.

It had a pool and the beds were comfy with good bedding quality.

The pool was hot-grossly hot. It's summer and hot in the building in general-its very gross to them jump into a hot pool.... The hallways were HOTTTT. They wouldn't provide a fan for the room. The breakfast restaurant was BAD (bacon uncooked; rude staff ; meal not included with room; confusing set up with no clear instruction on what to do. Only one waitress for a whole huge room of people in the morning?! ). The TV in the room is cable only and a tiny TV at that. The fridge kept freezing everything solid and there was no way to adjust the temperature. The list goes on...

Ruined our families trip and will never stay there again, absolutely disgusting hotel and staff!

Rooms were grungy, stained mattresses, sheets, pillow cases, walls were dirty and stained, my sons bed had toe nail clippings under the pillow! Staff at front desk had obnoxious and rude attitude!

it was okay.

the lady of house keeping “Tanya’s” was super sweet and very helpful. She provided us with comforters, extra shampoos and we were 4 adults in the room but they left only 1 on our first day of stay.

it was super cold in the room with no proper comforters, breakfast was awful. we had breakfast included but the staff at the restaurant was a bit rude, no tongs for bread, no utensils available, toaster and cereal dispenser was broken.

The rooms were spacious and lovely. Staff very friendly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I am not usually able to sleep well in hotels but I very much did during my stay.

The cupboard fronts were sticky. Some spots in the room not as clean as I would expect from a Raddison. The hallways a little unkept and the lounging area down one of the halls seating was quite stained and filthy. Otherwise everything was to my expectations.

Disappointing

The location was right across 50th street from the wedding venue.

The rooms are very tired, the carpet was worn out, bed too soft, bathroom very dark, walls were damaged were previous art had been hung, dirty window.

very friendly staff. good pool. quiet and easy to find!

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!!!! Very helpful and always wanted to help if they could! made the stay all that better! very easy to find but nothing around to walk to but many amenities not far by car - A&W/Timmies. Very quiet! Pool was a bit of a challenge to find at first and steps to use the hot tub / pool are plastic and not tile so easy to use for adults and child with the stairs and bar very close for support!

the beds did NOT come with a full blanket. found this strangely odd. 2 sheets and a very thin brown sheet type between the 2 sheets. Would of preferred a full blanket on top. my nephew had spilled juice on the sheets and I pulled them off thinking the staff would get the hints to take and change them like the towels. Both days they were out back on the bed when we got back and I had to facepalm of why they didn’t get the hint as the juice marks were by all means still on the sheet. the elevator is a HUGE hit or miss. some people have 0 issues with it working, other struggle for 5 mins to get it to work (have to push the card into a slot and “slowly” take it out then tapping it like many other hotels)
