Good value for Money, Staff is friendly and Comfortable Stay

Please change the lighting in the room and the washroom. Everything else was good for a short stay and good value for money. Has a Microwave and a Fridge only nothing else , with a table and two chairs

Overall satisfaction with the accommodation.

Having 2 bedrooms was good. Campus of Niagara College was interesting to walk around, and we had a complementary wine tasting.

There was no common seating area except kitchen table. Besides the Outlet Mall, there are no restaurants close by. Having to bring your own kitchen supplies (cutlery, plates, cookware etc) is a bit of a drag.

very unique and quite on college (found this very interesting school was out and looks to be dorm rooms rented out during off season )

Not much

Pictures are deceiving. The place looks like a jail. Everything from the medal doors and walls make you feel trapped. The floors reminded me of a walk in clinic and the stains throughout the place made it for a 1 star place. This should not cost more than 50 $ a night no joke.

Clean quiet facilities Location...GREAT -Near GREENHOUSE, close to Outlet but "removed", short driving distance to Shaw festival and The Falls... Rooms...large and spacious Kitchen ...had full size fridge and microwave

The Room was good for one night near the Niagara Falls. Nothing special, but a clean place to sleep. The guy from the reception was very helpful.

For some reason, the toilet flushed with hot water.

Nice location

The location was nice and staff was friendly. We needed a place to crash and it was good for a night.

The property is at a nice location, however they can make it more comfortable by changing the beds, getting more light in the washroom(you cnt get ready in the small light) and finally look at cleanliness of the entire property.

Cheaper alternative for NOTL Within walking distance to the outlet mall, McDonald's and a Starbucks

Very sterile feeling, like a hospital. Lighting was terrible and contributed to that. No lights in the bedroom only a small lamp. No cutlery or other dishware despite having a kitchen and food downstairs. Asked front desk for plastic utensils and were told "we arent that type of hotel"

Good

The facility was quiet and clean. I like staying at residences because they are spacious and organized. Staff were friendly and helpful. Grounds are nice for a morning walk.

I felt the price of $102 a night including tax was too high for a student residence. I understand there were Covid restrictions, but the price could have been dropped to reflect that fact that there was nothing available for breakfast and there were no utensils, plates, or cups in the kitchen. Had to go buy these myself.

Great affordable accommodation. Provides the basics and is comfortable base to see NOTL!

The residence was clean and quiet. Loved the little suite with two bedrooms, and kitchenette Liked the wine and beer store right on campus.

Put a few dishes, cups, real glasses and cutlery in the kitchen.

It was a place to sleep.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Suite was clean, although a little musty smelling.

The air conditioning could not be turned off or redirected so it was freezing. Beds were not very comfortable.
