Staff very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast included
Located close to mall.
Older hotel but rooms updated.
Room smelled musty.
Breakfast could be better. Only fruit offered was apples and they were old and soft. Maybe bananas also.
No elevators.

Good location close to the airport for overnight stay. Big spacious room
Unfortunately the fire alarm went off caused by a flood and had to evacuate the building. Tad annoying as we had to fly out early in the morning as was hoping for a good sleep.

Friendly, personable staff.
Rooms were definitely dated but were very clean.
Sound proofing was fantastic, right next to the fire station and didn’t hear a thing.
Breakfast was minimal.
No elevator.

Close to bus stop and a big mall. Also the staff is friendly, and the overall facilities and our room are clean.
The building feels so old and the breakfast is not that good or interesting, both days we stayed there the breakfast were the same. The cost is quite high so we were expecting a bit more.

Breakfast was good, bed was comfy and hot tub was nice
Put us in a room on the outside closest to a busy intersection and also right next to the stairs. It was very noisy up until about 11pm

Location is great. Easy access to many restaurants and right across the street from the mall. Came with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which was great. Breakfast was limited items but passible.
Room was in rough shape. Bad stains on floor. Room on bookings states standard queen room. But in smaller hotel notes it is actually a large double bed. BED WAS NOT VERY COMFORTABLE.

Location
Sheets were filthy, we have a blue light and when we put it on the sheets we found lots of stains.

Loved the indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. We loved the old school nature of the place. We actually had a real key to our room, not a plastic one. Very central location. Close to Costco. White Spot is right next to the Inn.
Our room was right over the fire hall

The reception area was clean and bright and the person at the front desk was always friendly and attentive. I appreciated that my room was available for early check in. The room was spacious and had good curtains to block out light for sleeping. The little patio was nice although it was too cold during my stay to enjoy its use. The small refrigerator and microwave were quite useful, and also clean. The bathroom was very clean and had good lighting. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
You can hear a bit of noise from the neighboring units, especially if someone has the window or patio door open, but this is expected in a slightly older building and was not overly disturbing. The microwave in the room is quite small and can only accommodate smaller containers.

Room was affordable. Pet surcharge high.

First off, Connie was very welcoming at the front desk on arrival. The place is very clean everywhere. Loved the retro but cool combo Sink/Stove/Fridge. Actually worked very well, kept our food cold, and so handy to have a bigger sink in the room to wash up a few dishes.
Our room was spacious and off a quiet hallway on the 1st floor so easily able to take out our pets to potty.
A little disappointed with the continental breakfast. They only served one flavor of yogurt, only one type granola bar, only one type of bread. Would have been nice to have real waffles not just Eggos out of a package. And there was no hot water for tea, (had to make tea in our room, not such a big deal) but to have something warm like even a package of instant organic oatmeal would have been nice.

location and room is good size
There were many guests with seemly have less than desirable character staying at the hotel. Nonetheless, it was a good rate, but upon attending reception to extend my stay, the manager added 50% increase for the previous night and any prospective nights moving forward. I opted to end my stay based on the increase just to find the same hotel online selling for even less than what I was originally paying.

Location clean room , restaurant
2 minutes away ,movie theater 1 block away and the mall 1/2block away loved that everthing is so close breakfast is ok.staff is always awesome. 👌
Room 100 way to noisy there you hear the main door opening and closing all night when people are coming and going and in the morning you can hear them set up the chairs for breakfast.

Accommodation in Kelowna is overpriced in the summer months and there is little value so I was grumpy when we arrived. The Dilworth was less expensive and it was great! The room was much larger than we expected and while the bathroom is a bit dated and the hallways plain and serviceable everything was spotless, the front desk receptionist was wonderful and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay for one night. The bed was great! We would stay again.
