Good value but be wary of the included breakfast, go out!

Mateo on reception was really friendly and helpful and advised us well on our room choice. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had an ice bucket and fridge with ice making facilities on each floor. The room was definitely good value for money.

The breakfast facilities were very poor and it was not clear what you could have as part of your included breakfast package. We were not told that the breakfast package consisted of just one breakfast item and one drink, so having chosen a juice each, which we thought would be standard, we were then told we had to pay for coffee, and having to pay for a cup to drink your juice from was ridiculous. Not at all what we experienced in the other seven hotels we stayed in on our tour of New England

Das Frühstück war zwar gebucht, allerdings hatten wir größte Mühe auch nur einen Kaffee und ein Bagel zu bekommen, angeblich war das Bistro wegen Personalmangel geschlossen.

Accueil excellent, lits et oreillers très confortables. Piscine chauffée tranquille.

Not the best of the Courtyards I've been in, to say the least.

Large room. Pretty good location - close to highway.

I asked for a quiet room with windows not overlooking the highway. I've been put in a basement floor room, with windows not only facing the highway, but also having large vent boxes right outside. My room was adjacent to the pool and the washing machine room. Not my best stay. Left earlier than planned initially.

I definitely would stay here again.

The staff was friendly. The complimentary water and cookies were an added bonus. The room was clean.

I didn’t like the mirrors on the side of the bed. Complimentary breakfast would be a great addition.

Not what I was expecting food, ac or location!

There was no breakfast! Was told it was 8 miles from my location was more like 18,

The air conditioner was Noisy! No chicken nuggets in restaurant for kids for dinner, had to go somewhere else, after driving out of our way to get there!

Very good

Loved the room, facilities and food options. Everyone who worked here was welcoming and friendly. From the Starbucks counter to the front desk and even the cleaning staff, they truly wanted us to have a nice stay. We took advantage of all of the facilities that were available. Had the pool to ourselves in the evening, despite an almost sold out hotel, and even got to use the fitness center in the morning. Our two queen room was quite large and even had a small couch and balcony. It was a wonderful surprise. Easy travel to Mystic, New London and casinos.

The hot tub was out of service. We were really looking forward to the hot tub, but still enjoyed the heated pool.

nice property, room needs help and staff is sweet but need some training w billing.

the property was nice and clean when they actually cleaned. however you need to tell them to change linens towels and even make up the room or they just leave it which, for the price is BS.

the room had one tiny piece of furniture with storage and otherwise nowhere to put your clothes. the lighting was yellow and impossible to see makeup or anything like that. they didn’t have housekeeping makeup the room except once (and we did request it). they messed up the charges multiple times and ended up charging two cards for double the total and a week after checking in we are still trying to get our money back. sadly ones a debit card so it’s a real pain. very sweet staff but no one seemed to get the info correct so it def ruined it after.

Average place. Nothing exceptional

When I booked, I thought breakfast was included. Was disappointed to find out it was extra, and it was very expensive for what was offered. Not worth the money we paid to eat there. We only did that once. We went offsite for our meals.

Front desk staff not friendly. There were no maps of Connecticut at all, which was odd considering we were wanting to tour around a bit.

Passable

Breakfast was good. Access to the hotel was easy. Staff was polite and giving the necessary information regarding the facilities. Room furnishings were good.

Mold on the shower curtain. The shower was flooding the bathroom while taking shower. No vanity mirror inside the bathroom. Comforter and sheets were not adequate, either they were short or not properly fit.
