Everything. Location, staff and amenities
Nothing. It will be the only place I book from now on when I need a night away.

What wasn't there to like, big room, great bed, and right in the heart of everything. Most importantly, it was very clean..
There was nothing to not like.

Friendly staff, nice, clean with complimentary water and coffee.
It’s not so much the property but if I can suggest, it would be nice to have pillow choices. They are thick and i ended up with a sore neck. Also, the room didn’t smell very good. A deodorizer that spray automatically would help.

The hotel is in a perfect location. The room was huge, modern and very clean. Lots of hot water, good wifi connection and a good array of toiletries.
Two of the reception staff were outstanding in welcoming one to the hotel. Aditya and Ester.
Unfortunately, there is no soundproofing between floors so when someone walks above you, all you hear is thump, thump, thump. I complained to the manager who said nothing could be done until after 11 p.m.
There's no safe in the room.
Reception staff was extremely unwelcoming on arrival. I asked for additional pillows which were not delivered. I had to come down later and get Aditya to bring them. I also asked for an upgrade since I was staying eight nights....Nothing. A robot would have been more welcoming.
The A/C didn't work properly the first night but Shawn, the manager, did fix it promptly the next morning which was appreciated.

chic and cozy. and loved the location
basic things - shower head was a big rain one. they’re not my fav for when I just want to stay in hot water and not get my hair wet. the heater is high up on the wall with the big green numbers. it was pretty bright when it was bedtime. they’re little complaints. nothing huge !

Spacious room, nice design
VERY loud heating system: Unbearable.
All pillows very hard.
No room cleaning during a five day stay: Covid is a good excuse... Others find ways.

The room decor was great, loved the open concept
Front desk employee upon arrival came across aggressive and rude. He tossed my ID and credit card across the counter and then the room keys.
4.5 / 5.0
Spacious room with tasteful, modern decor. Well equipped with a desk, charging station, fridge, coffee pod station, nice large bathroom with walk in rainfall shower.
The pillows were terrible! Rock hard and plump. Made for a poor night’s sleep. Also, there is a sign at the front desk and in the room to say what toiletries etc. are available (some complimentary, some for a fee) yet they didn’t have any toothbrushes or toothpaste at the front desk. The front desk person did say she happily would have gone to the Dollarama to get us one but it was closed at the time.
