Will NEVER stay here again

Nothing, rooms are old and out dated. Everything is old inside the room

Outdated and the hotel staff is all over the place. We were made to leave a cash deposit for incidental’s there were NO incidentals. Ath check out we asked did the deposit back and the front office staff acted as if they had no record it went from o you will have to come back to we don’t have cash to we have to call our Boss, when my boyfriend explained he is law enforcement and would have legal representation contact them, the 100.00 was mysteriously there.. AWFUL. Their pay upfront/ no refund policy is a red flag, but due to the limited rooms and over priced rates I chose this place for a one night stay. Not the type of place I am used to staying in and I will not go back

Ok hotel to stay, staff is ok and bed management

Room Size

I made a booking for a room bed with 2 twin beds ( as we were 3 ppl) but when we reached the Hotel, receptionist said we booked one king size room and she was not agreeing. After that we showed our booking details to them, they agreed. As soon as we showed them our booking they said they don’t have any room available with 2 twin beds and we are fully booked. They gave us upgrade though but that room was not upto the mark. Mattress was dirty no extra bedding for third person, sofa bed was so uncomfortable.

The staff were very friendly. Late check out was available until 3pm for $30. PB pizza is open until 4am and was right next door.

The neighborhood is sketchy. The hotel, itself is old and outdated, smells like it too. It's a bare kitchen not that you would really want to cook in it. I think there were items available to check out from the front desk. I'm not sure when the last time anyone really cleaned the floors. The towel bar was hanging on for dear life and the shower was stuck between bath/shower mode. The only difference between the blanket and the sheets is the waffle like texture. No ice machine.

Avoid this place if you cam

I guess staff was friendly, he said he would find a nice room, though I’m not sure if that meant he knew about the insects. It was big enough

I killed more than ten insects. I was not expecting the extra company

I almost got put out due to lack of communication between the Booking app and the Hotel

Very close to the strip.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and also seen roaches crawling around

It was so dirty they had to change my room 3 times from the smell and the roaches,the Last room was infested so bad I checked out early and left at 3am.

The staff were really nice and extra friendly. Did their best to make it pleasant.

pool area not very inviting, pool was dirty. The gym was sad. No water refill station, didn’t see any towels. Originally booked a room with two queens, ended up with two fulls. pictures were from other extended stay hotels, rooms were outdated and run down. Smelled like marijuana as soon as we got off the elevator for being a non smoking floor.

It was uncomfortable very dirty disrupted and no respect for other tenants

I didn't do any breakfast. Location was not far from strip but there was alot of homeless around the building.

From the moment of arrival it was very uncomfortable the tipe of guest allowed in the hotel were loud disrupted the hotel smell of mereguana and strong orders of food the carpets in the whole way and in the room were very dirty couch in my room was broken the sheets look old there were only 2 pillows overall I was really displeased with my stay at this hotel.its no were near what is being advertised on line or in booking hotel.

Our room was vndelizeby the young manager black front dest lady and the maintenance guy that. Was there yesterday? I. Had a meeting to go to at the Virgin casino and hotel when I got back. All our clothes were taken out and they told us that that we were kicked out because of a pipe. Now we are allowed to have a pipe because. It's a weed is legal we never smoke in the room She kicked us out throw all of our belongings in the middle of the lobby and left. Then she took the chairs so we couldn't sit down in the lobby And then we found out that my money was missing which was $850. I had just won at the doddy's next door in the shopping center $550 She and the maintenance guy. Invaded our privacy rights. She is very rude and we're following the police report against that establishment thank you This incident happened on five seventeen two thousand three 5-17-2023

Very good

Friendly staff, quiet area. I was able to cook meals in the room. Fixed the smoke alarm issue right away. Gym was functional. Beds were comfortable and I didn't see any bugs.

The pool was closed. Breakfast was just coffee and granola bars. Both were the reasons we booked this particular hotel. The stove was just a two burner, and I had to ask for the microwave and dishes. When we got the dishes, it was a place setting for two but we booked the room for six people.

The front door is locked and the staff won't open the door to let you in they just yell you need a key to get in

Will not stay here again, rather pay xtra for another place.

The price is cheap and pets are allowed in this location, of course with an xtra fee. The kitchen is a convenience.

The place needs a renovation. Rooms are dirty and outdated. Stains on walls and chairs. Beds are uncomfortable especially if you try to use the sofa bed, is like you sleeping on the springs of mattress. Not enough lighting, and also no utensils or coffee maker.

Lady at ḍesk was very helpful and kind in getting me dishes for my room...her name started with an M. I was getting surgery the next day so I was nervous about that. I had to apologize to her and she was very forgiving. Manager Tom, was also very nice and professional. Thank you again.

breakfast was as advertised

carpet in room and hallways was Filthy! Room lighting was terrible. bathroom faucet didn't work well and was very hard to turn off and get the temp wanted. night staff was unavailable. nice that I had a dishwasher but no detergent was available
