Location
First room had ceiling leak and soaked my newly purchased clothes and electronics. No help moving luggage to new room.
New room had a bad toilet valve leak which kept the bathroom floor soaked. When I reported it, I was left without bathroom facilities for 3 hours.
I was not offered any public access bathrooms within the hotel but told "there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
When I came back from one of the restaurants I found my room with the door propped open and all my belongings exposed for anyone to steal. Front desk said "maybe the plumber left for a minute."
The front desk lady was zero assistance, was all but laughing that my belongings could have been stolen.

El desayuno era correcto pero no es la gran cosa.el nombre del hotel es muy engañoso con el dolphin mall.yo crei que era al lado o muy cerca caminando...esta a mas de 45 minutos caminando y en el mapa de booking se ve cerca.el uber para llegar al dolphin mall cobro 8 $ de ida y 10 $ de regreso.no hay servicio de shuttle del aeropuerto al hotel y del hotel al aeropuerto.el uber me cobro 32 $

Hombre poco profesional que lo que busca es hacerte la vida imposible. Su preocupación es salir a fumar y tomar cafe y por supuesto ver como puede fastidiarte. PESIMO!!! jamas volveria a ese hotel.

The breakfast was not exactly what I am accustomed to during my travel so I only came down for breakfast once.
I would have enjoyed, hash browns, omelette along with grits and fruit salad.

The receptionists are bad, not honest and not customer friendly after you check out. They are latino and like money so they lie a lot!
We upgraded the room upon arrival and we received a discount of 60$ on 22th of march. The supervisor who asssited with the check in, told us that when we checkout, we will receive our money back. Upon checkout on the 25th , the receptionist on duty did not even know who the supervisor was on the 22th and promised us the return of the discount of 60$. she knew nothing!! We asked for the schedule to be checked for the supervisor on duty on the 22th and the reply of the receptionist was: they threw it away!!!! It was a good thing we had proof of all documents, because they claim not to know or understand anything! when we asked for the manager, she did not even know who that was! we requested a phone number to call, but they did not had a number of the manager!.. we requested any contact and her reply was we don’t know. We called the police on 911 and they came to check the situation out and they helped us with a corporate number of the hotel, and after 911 was there, the receptionist kwew right away where the documents were! The police disclosed that they receive a lot of these similar complaints, but cannot do much due to the fact that this is a public issue. For us as a familiy, we did not like this dishonesty and suggest when you visit this hotel, try to have somebody in the family group who speaks spanish, because it seems this hotels is like latin america. They do not understand proper English! Furthermore, ALWAYS TAKE THE NAME OF THE RECPTIONIST HANDLING YOUR CHECK IN, AN EMAIL ADRES AND A
MOBILE NUMBER!! Pay cash much as possible!!
When these Latinos want to squeeze out your money- they will lie an do that!!

La empleada de recepción de la mañana tiene mal trato.

The location was convenient
The hotel receptionist was always absent.
Even when a woman fainted the didn’t even care to ask if there is a doctor.
No one informed us that we needed to ask the cleaning service 1 day ahead.
They charged us twice and we still try to resolve this issue
The rooms need renovation immediately.
Although we booked a room that was indicated as 4 persons capacity the beds were very small (almost single size)

Je cherche encore
Personne à la réception à notre arrivée. Attente de 15min avant le check in. Arrivée dans la chambre 1 seul lit était fait, et encore il n’y avait pas de couverture. Chambre sale et tres vieille. Pour le 2eme lit il n'y avait meme pas les draps. J’ai du récupérer les draps et couvertures manquantes à la réception. Là encore 20min d’attente avant que le réceptionniste n’apparaisse. Évidemment nous avons du faire nous même les lits, sympa après une 10aine d’heures de vol.

Nach Beschwerde über Zimmer großer Preisnachlass.
Vollkommen schmutziges, abgeranztes Zimmer. Teppich uralt mit undefinierbaren Flecken überall. Zahlreiche Haare im Bad und Schmutz auf dem Teppich. Muffiger Geruch im Zimmer. Sehr hellhörig.
