Decent place If you can get it for the right price

Pretty Convenient location. Pool with water slide and the water actually pretty warm.

I just found the quality of the property was $150 not the $300 we paid but it was a weekend in summer there were probably events happening so a bit of price gouging.

Good airport hotel

The property was close to the airport and has a 24 hour lobby. Has a pool and great in room whirlpool tubs in some rooms (I assume only some), which terry robes. It was quite clean and three of the four staff members I met were lovely. Rooms are a good size too, plenty of plugs and beds were really decent for this type of place.

The guy who checked us in for the first night told us we could absolutely not have a late check out... despite having already confirmed we could with our flight coming in so late. The two guys at the desk in the morning we absolutely aghast at the idea we had been told to check out by 11 when I told them. They said we could stay until 1 as planned, but we were dressed and ready to go. After all of four hours of sleep...The second night we stayed on our return trip, there was no one at the desk when we left at 3am. Would've liked a granola bar grab and go breakfast for early flights like some other places have.

Partis avant la fin du séjour pour un autre hôtel.

Bonne localisation, près des services. Personnel accueillant. Même si aucun des employés à la réception ne parlait français et qu'il y avait la barrière de la langue, ils étaient attentifs à ce que l'on puisse bien se comprendre, ce qui a été apprécié.

La chambre était très sombre et sale à notre arrivée (ongles d'orteil, bouchon d'oreilles, saletés sur le sol; cheveux, cils sur le bureau). Nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits, mais sommes partis après une seule nuit. Nous aurions dû refuser la chambre au départ...

Renovations ruined it

The hotel was undergoing renovations and we were not told this because we booked through booking.com. Between the noise and water being shut off it ended up not being the relaxing stay we intended. We were told that we would receive some gift certificates for our trouble but still have not received anything to date. I have deleted my booking.com app as they took zero accountability for not informing us on the renovation before booking.

the amenities were excellent, my daughter loved the pool and water slide. the breafast was excellent as well. the staff were very freindly and accomodating

Poor Quality Inn

The young lady working the night we checked in was wonderful. The bed was comfortable the pillows were amazing. The complimentary breakfast was ok, but the hot food was far from hot. One of the breakfast staff refused to speak English to us but spoke English to other customers.

The tub was dirty when we checked in, there was hair in the tub and in the bed. The pool was cold, and they let parents drink at the pool. The key cards hard to be remagnetized.

All staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful! Kids loved the pool and slide.

Had some issues with playpen and an issue with pool but both were dealt with excellent!

Relaxing and fun.

The water slide is super fast and fun! They keep fresh towels stocked at poolside. Clean pool water. Breakfast was super (there's an espresso machine!) Hot breakfast was delicious. All staff were incredible. One staff member recognized that my young daughter had injured herself at poolside (scraped her ankle) and offered some band aids without me even asking :) Housekeeping polite, front desk accommodating as well :)

No antacids were available for purchase, but there's an Irving convenience store open late (or 24hrs?) just across the road.

Never again

The kids loved the slide for the pool.

The pool was disgusting. It stunk, the water was gross(foggy) both days and the floor was extremely dirty, not to mention the huge pile of dirty towels that stayed there for hours! There were piles of hair and elastics that were on the floor for 2 days, in the same spot. Our bathroom - the toilet roll was empty! Not even changed, the cleaning cloths were left in the bathroom which led us to believe they didn't even finish cleaning the bathroom before we got there. For the money we paid and based on the positive reviews we read before booking, we were extremely disappointed and will never book with this hotel again. I understand that it was a busy time (March Break) but I feel that the over all cleanliness could have been much better.

Everything was great except the pool area was extremely dirty .

Pool area was gross. Looked like it had t been cleaned in weeks. No towels and the dirty towels were stacked very high.

It was okay and functional for me needs that night.

Staff were very helpful, kind, accommodating and efficient Location - near airport was excellent Free cab service was a great bonus and added value Left very early but they provided a bag breakfast - good for traveling. Coffee and tea always available. Did not use pool or even see it

Non-smoking room smelled like smoke - saw a dog in the hall and didn't realize they were permitted bed & pillows lumpy Halls were not vacuumed and edges of carpet in room were holding dust/dirt

room was clean, nice little gym, great breakfast

only one staff seemed to know what she was doing, booked here because of the park and fly, had tried calling numerous times and never an answer to see if parking was included. Got charged an extra 70$ but apparantly there is no park and fly here anymore,( staff did let me leave my car since i payed for it) same response when picking up my car. Had to tell staff about slip for the taxi and that i needed to get rid of my paper work on file
