We loved the location, being in Keystone was central for all the hikes we wanted to do in Colorado. The staff was friendly and the views were breath taking. If you have a dog they definitely accommodate (we did not bring ours, but wished we did).
The cost definitely does not outweigh the benefits of this resort. The amenities are quite basic during the Summer months. The bed was hard, there's no air conditioning, they don't even clean your room everyday. The restaurants on-site aren't very good and pictures that are shown in this listing aren't even where the main resort is located (you aren't staying on the lake).

Loved the views. Loved the rooftop access. The staff were nice and friendly.
The room was too expensive. The food was too expensive. They are starting to go called which is inconvenient.

Convenient location, views from the property were beautiful, good size room with balcony
The on-site restaurant was under construction with no notice so we did not have an option for hot breakfast or lunch.
There was a security breach one night that closed down the pool area early and then later in the night an alarm went off and we had to exit the building, with no explanation.
The booking.com website did not specify that if you’re bringing a dog, you cannot book the loft rooms, and it did not say how much the pet fee would be, which was $45 per dog.

Location & beautiful pond
When I looked online, it didn’t say anything about the 2 main restaurants being closed. All that was open was a little coffee shop and a small grill area. Very disappointing.

Room with balcony was very nice and comfortable, really enjoyed the spa amenities, massage, warm pool and hot tub. Hotel is convenient to park, and shuttle transport to ski area and around village is very nice.
There were limited restaurant hours and options on the property but pizza place on the lakeside was good and deli was good for quick breakfast.

We reserved a larger room but was told it wasn't available when we checked in. We were downgraded and still charged for the larger room. Front desk staff was rude. Rooms are very small and not well maintained.

Valet Mike and Nick offered the BEST customer care!
over priced, heater in our room didn’t work- maintenance said wait a couple hours the portable heater will start working —- it was -5 that night, booked a king w a balcony but the pet friendly meant being relegated to the 1st floor garden level 2 queen beds- freezing (no heater) and outdated. felt like a punishment,
broken coffee maker, outdated facilities, no microwave in the room (community) - breakfast sandwich was $19 and $14 for a burrito. over priced lacked quality tasted freezer burnt. disappointed over all! oh ya and $800 for 2 nights Thursday and Friday night stay. not to mention resort fees, valet fees and taxed on top of the fees.. just too much coat for an outdated 1975 build that needs updating

Really great place to stay for a comfortable ski weekend. Going to the hot tub and sauna after a day on the slopes was something we looked forward to. Having drinks in the lounge was nice. And they are very dog friendly!
Because we brought a dog, they refused to clean our room during our stay (we just wanted new sheets and some vacuuming) without a separate cleaning fee, and this place wasn't exactly cheap.

Checking in and valet survice was great. Also, the food in the area was great along with people in the area willing to give advice.
Everything was what I expected except the few problems at the room.

the staff charged us different rate rather than the rate supposed to and claim the rate changes every day. We got a parking ticket from the police by parking in their assigned parking lot. When you ask the staff members why, they have no explanations but only took the ticket and said they will take care of it. the shuttle was very few and inconvenient to go to ski area.
