Clean, comfortable room. Very good location. Good bathroom ventilation, the mirrow stays dry after taking a shower. Drinking water is always available.

It is too expensive for a hotel without breakfast and parking. Very uncomfortable AC location right in front of the bed. I have to put chairs with pillows on them in front of AC to shield from wind.

This was the 2nd worst hotel stay I have experienced.

The fact that the room had liquid hand soap. The room was clean, very up to date. The layout was different than what I’m used to.

The one elevator running was jumpy, almost was smashed when the door was closing. The staff rode the elevator on the day of my checkout, causing 4 more stops, coming down front the 8th floor. The balcony is tiny, and the door lock was very hard to open. The location, for me is too busy. I did not like the location, not to mention the parking garage is across the street. You have to cross traffic twice. THE SHOWER WAS COLD!!!!! The whole stay the water never heated up. Although the sink faucet had hot water. The beach was small, and dirty. TRASH EVERYWHERE! A man lying on the bench smiling, and his friend (assumption) is spinning in circles having a conversation with himself. Needless to say, we didn’t walk the beach, I was afraid I would contract something. We stayed one night, was supposed to stay 4. We left the next morning. As far as BOOKING.COM will not use them again. I could not cancel my stay the next morning, fine print or not. The hotel was unbearable. I was out $1,021. I had to cut my vacation a day short.

Do better to keep the roaches out of there. Have your restrooms working and make sure customers get the room they wanted

The closeness of the hotel to the beach. The food and staff were great

Not getting the room I booked even tho I used booking.com it wasn’t the room I paid for. And 2. Finding a cockroach in the small kitchen was unacceptable. But I thank your staff for coming to kill it.

Disappointed...

I liked the location and the view.

Not as clean as it should be (hair in the tub). Bathroom was VERY small. One of the 2 elevators was broken on the 11 story building that had events on the 2nd floor that consumed the one working elevator. No other way to get the carts upstairs. $15 per night fee for parking. No carts available at checkout. Staff was not very helpful either. They had a "sorry about your luck" attitude.

Not bad, but some disappointment as it was my birthday weekend

Disappointed that it was only buffet on 10/9.

I was placed in a room that obviously didn't have functional heating. Relocated to another room on day 2 but discovered that the refrigerator was not functional. Food waa warm the morning of the last day.

Great people, horrible hotel.

All the staff we ran into was awesome.

Check in was horrific. People yelling in a packed lobby and only two people telling everyone that none of the rooms were ready and they didn’t know when they would be. Our room wasn’t ready until 3 hours after our guaranteed check in time. The room was full of gnats and flys and the floor was soaking wet. It was really gross.

I’m requesting my money back

The room was dirty when we walked in. The toilet was leaking we smelled sewer gas and the seat was literally falling off. We called and went to the front desk and they promised maintenance would come. They showed up 2 days later. It was horrible. The ice machines were ALL BROKEN every floor but the 5th. We had to ask the valets for ice once a day. The Sheetrock was all cracked and the front desk would not move us. They oh we’ll call you when we can move you. At the pool the landscapers blew all kinds of debris into the pool area at 3 in the afternoon. There was mulch in my 8 dollar drink. One night around 8 pm the second shift Personel we’re changing the trash cans out and smoking weed in front of of my grandchildren. Laughing it up and cussing. When I said something nicely they said relax man your on vacation.

The staff took over all the elevators . They smelled like marijuana. the pool bar was never open we had to walk upstairs to get a drink. When we ordered lunch they never brought it to us an hour later a person showed up at the pool and it was brought to another table. They started eating it and I asked did you order that? They said no but the guy said the people who ordered it left. WE WERE THERE THE WHOLE TIME . Ridiculous. I showed the man my receipt and he gave me most of my money back. When I told the bartender she said not my shift I didn’t have anything to do with it.

Slow elevator Pest on balcony Cold pool out of service Bad housekeeping ( garbage can size ridiculous) no toilet paper and towels. Extra small microwave and tiny fridge. NO ICE ANYWHERE ANY FLOOR EVER!!! BROKEN DOOR LOCK Of the time of a check-in no explanation about breakfast or lunch and purchase of it still don't know how it works I guess it's too late now. Parking lot different building often no spots available coffee and coffee makers Beyond a joke

Very good

Bed was VERY comfortable and one of the best showers---strong, hot flow.

I prefer a full oceanfront (not partial ocean view). Room rates were steep (especially considering it wasn't a holiday weekend).

Went into room after waiting 4 hours for it to be cleared to fine , open cookies laying in the cabinet and dirty cups in sink .. ask for them to come to complete the room and never did !! Spoke to front desk next morning, gave me a number to send the pictures of the room and never did one thing about it !! Could have offered us a discount for the one night but Nothing was done!

Our stay was fun, relaxing, and pleasant.

The location was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the pool attendant named Chuck. He was very friendly and helpful the entire time we were there. We loved the pool side drinks and food. We also loved that we got to check in an hour early. We will be coming back in the future!

The staff at the hotel was amazing. We really appreciated their friendliness and they were always helpful and accommodating. The location was great! The hotel was so close to shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk.

I won't stay there again.

Nice location overlooking the beach and ocean.

Hotel is old and tired. Construction noise was so bad, we moved to another room. The bathroom door was warped and wouldn't shut. The toilet paper holder was broken. At night, there was a wind tunnel between the rooms that rattled doors and kept us up.

Enjoyed the Location and Oceanfront View!!!

Location was great. Bed was comfy. Room was large. Coffee and water and tea in room.

There was no bath gel in bottle in bathroom. No guide or sheet for TV Guide for Channels. Did the Vacation through a Third-Party Website - But They still put a Hold of a lot of money on Daughter's Credit Card which held up money we could spend on other fun things.

Location and view

When I checked into my room, found wet bathtub mat, wet towel and wash cloth. Also there was no blanket or sheet set for the sofa bed, as I had booked for 5 people. I alerted the staff and they addressed the issue.

Disappointing.

I liked the location

One elevator was not working for a portion of our stay. We had ants in our room. Our door out to the balcony would not open more than a foot unless you really really pulled at it. The staff in the hotel restaurant was not friendly - especially the man server - he was rude to us and acted like we were putting him out when we asked for anything. Our bathroom in our room was TINY. You could barely close the door without hitting the toilet. Housekeeping did not make our beds on several mornings - we had to ask them to do it - and I don’t think they spoke English as they looked at us like we had 2 heads. So I’m not sure they understood. Overall - it was a disappointing stay - for advertising that the hotel has been recently remodeled.

Pleasant

Smallest bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel, but clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was average, but the dining area was freezing cold, but ha a nice view of the ocean.
