It was very close to the main part of Upper Village. It was an easy walk. The small kitchen was efficient. The bed was very comfortable.
The gas fireplace didn’t work, but the mgmt company fixed it quickly while I was at dinner. The faucet in the bathroom was wobbly.

The unit was comfortable and in A great location. Short walk to Blackcomb base and ski school drop off. When we had an issue with the stove someone was there to fix it with 10mins.
I wish there had been a few cleaning things, broom or mop etc as we stayed 10 days and the floor was rather dirty by we left.

Self Catering. Warm and comfortable apartment. Bus stop outside main entrance made it easier to get into the village.
Instead of long key pad pass codes to gain entry into building , parking etc. Key cards would have made life much easier.

Location, cleanness
Outdated appliances
No luggage storage
This property does not have any human-based support. All they have is a bot-powered chat. They have even shared with me a phone number of someone to speak with. Ended up being some local realtor, embarrassing
Also - this facility does not have on-site luggage storage. So for anyone who plans to stay a bit longer than 10am (if your flight is later in the day) then you have no options there. I wish I would knew this at the time I was booking this property.

Good location, private and easily accessible
Lacked the wow factor due to basic provision of linen, pillows and bedding. Bed linen didn’t fit pull out bed. No change provided. Insufficient pillows for 4 adults. Found food debris under sofa.

All appliances, curtains and furniture are super old and mostly not functional. Stove’s oven stopped working right in the middle of our thanksgiving dinner preparation. The curtain don’t open… the sliding door to the balcony needs about 2 persons to slide open as it’s so hard to move. The cooking dishes are super old and cheap. This place is only suitable for people who want to eat out and only need a place to sleep. As such it shouldn’t be advertised with a working kitchen. We will not be back there again.

Hot tub
The room was clean.
There were very few dishes. There was no vacuum cleaner, and not even a handheld vacuum cleaner!!

I loved the little extras (books, board games) and the book on local restaurants and activities. There was no shortage of towels, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and small appliances. There were a few little creamer packets in the fridge when I arrived, perfect for not having to buy a whole container of milk for my tea. Everything was very clean and welcoming, with a little info sheet to answer guest FAQs.
A few kitchen basics like cooking oil, sugar, or tea would be nice, though salt & pepper was available. One nitpicky drawback is that the view from the windows was of the front courtyard of the building, but even that wasn't a big deal. Great place to stay.

Location
Some cleanliness problems, kitchen equipment old, electrical deficiencies, inadequate a/c, uncomfortable bed.

The apartment was clean and spacious, it had a lovely cosy feel. It was well stocked and had the facilities to cook and keep food. The pool and hot tub were a great addition to the stay.
There were no staff on site and it was not made clear to check in we had to go to a different hotel.

Great location, spacious room
When searching for a place to stayed this came up as having FREE PARKING, a big point for us. When we got there it did not

Needed A duvet for the Murphy bed- only provided a thin old blanket
Should provide ice in the ice trays.
Drinking glasses are too small.
Cookie sheet was too big for the oven.

To Whom it may concern
We were VERY DISAPPOINTED with our accommodation in Room 616 at the Marquise.
I’ve attached photos to this email to illustrate the problems with the unit.
The carpets throughout the unit were disgusting and beyond cleaning. (see photos)
The livingroom window was cracked. (see photo)
The blinds in the livingroom were broken, unuseable and many blind strips had actually fallen off and were stuffed into a shelf. (see photo)
The upholstery on the living room chair had food stuck on it.(see photo)
The kitchen floor was very dirty and floor damage unrepaired. (see photo)
The bathroom floor was dirty and walls need painting. (see photo)
Photos on the website DO NOT reflect the reality of this unit.
This unit shouldn’t be advertised and rented in the state that it is in!
When time allows I will be posting my photos and comments to Tripadvisor and wherever else I can find to prevent others from renting this unit.

Lovely and clean, great location and nice apartment
The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and the Blankets could have been cleaner

The roll out coach was very uncomfortable. The blinds in the main room were shabby and broken. The oven was not always working.

it was not very clean, unit was run down and not clean

Very clean apartment, well set up for short stays and for couples looking for a relaxing getaway. Close to upper village and great amenities. Set up like a hotel room with everything you need! Great communication and coupons were a nice touch.
The sofa bed is NOT USABLE - do not plan to have anyone sleep on this. It is purely springs digging into your back and an incredible sag in the middle. Parking is a fairly expensive add-on. A bit of a mission to grab keys from a different building for checkin, wish they just had a door code instead.

Location
Bedside lamp broken, no blanket for pullout bed. In the closet was an old ikea looking white cabinet. Inside the cabinet was an undesirable duvet with no cover, squished into the cabinet. Other than that there was no blanket where my son slept (pullout bed). We also couldn’t get cable tv working. Pool and hot tub not open, yet other hotels had there’s open. Also side of bathtub wall fell off. Was stuck on with masking tape.
Other than that, all was great.
