Clean and comfortable stay well worth the price

Room was exceptionally clean, the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials as well so it was a very comfortable stay

The neighbouring cat dealership was loud one night but the noise didn’t go on too late

Very poor communication from hotel

Others have rated it well.

For some reason when we booked the hotel our credit card was declined. Booking.com confirmed the registration, however. No one informed us that our card had been declined. It seems this was the hotel’s responsibility to tell us about the cancellation of our reservation due to the declined credit card. From Booking.com’s end our room was never cancelled according to their records. However, when we arrived at the hotel, they told us our room had been given away because our credit card has been declined. There’s no record of any communication from the hotel to inform us of this. We were stuck with four very tired children at 10 o’clock at night looking for a hotel room for that night. The staff was helpful and did help us find a place 10 to 15 minutes away that met our needs. We are grateful for this. However, it is completely unacceptable that we were not told that our room reservation has been canceled and given away.

Expensive as everywhere is today but very comfortable stay and staff really wanted to please

Location for breakfast perfect. There was enough choice for everyone in the family albeit not enough "healthy choices" of fruits or vegetables or any low fat dairy or any types of foods that would be helpful for citizens who understand nutrition and want to eat healthier. Unfortunately most citizens don't mind eating "unhealthy" so this is a society issue and not a hotel issue. All was kept full and meticulously cleaned and although many people, it did not feel overwhelming or crowded.

Availability of some more healthier choices such as fruits, vegetables, and low fat dairy.

We will definitely be back!

Room was spacious and comfortable! Bed was great, the pillows were plentiful and just right for me. We stayed in the double room suite and had plenty of space for the four of us. Location was just right, after spending a full day at Wonderland... Just a short drive to the hotel! Staff were friendly and helpful even for our late night check in. And after spending a lot of money, no additional charges for parking was so nice! Starting our day off with the included breakfast, was beyond my expectations! This was by far the best breakfast I've had at a hotel in the last 6-7 years! Staff were frequently changing our coffee and bringing fresh food. It was so refreshing.

Wasn't much I didn't like... Just small housekeeping things.

With the amount I paid for the one night is too expensive for the service and the room is not worth.

I like the location. Easy to park and close to everywhere.

The front office Chinese woman doesn't pronounced the words and I can no tunderstand but to asked her repeatedly her questions. She asked me to spell my full name where she already have it with my driver's license. To change the channel of the TV takes long to change. Not enough clenex. The place is not clean as too much dust. The coach is horrible.

very nice staff and room was well organized (lack of corkscrew) but won't stay again due to pet fee

couldn't really have breakfast as was with my dog

The $100 pet fee on arrival was a huge disappointment

Location is next to digger/excavator parking lot. Noise starts early morning (5am) Breakfast is low standard. Plastic cutlery and paper plates are unacceptable. No bar or restaurant at the hotel
