Beautiful location and so much to do right on the resort. The cabin was perfect. The amenities were great! Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Make sure you bring any snacks you might want. The store on location is very limited.

The setting is lovely, although it is far from anything.
The resort hosts events and there was a wedding. Although the reception was across the bay, the music could still be heard. And there were fireworks after I was already asleep. The decor upstairs was dowdy and out of date.

Breakfast was spectacular. The varied selections and quality of the offerings was simply amazing.
Room was average size and bed was comfortable. Given the amount of ladybugs living in it housekeeping rarely visited and nobody took time to figure out how they got in. Room had nothing special to offer for the price paid. Other than bed, closet and bathroom that's all there was. No tv or anything. In leaf peeping season it was an available place to stay.

The room reservation was for 2 queen beds in 1 room, that was not available when we got to the property and were told by the front desk person checking us in that it was Booking.com mistake not theirs and the only thing available with 2 beds that we had to have was a cottage that cost us an additional $300 on top of being overcharged $200 the original rate price given in my email confirmation.

Great biking around area and fabulous donuts!
The property seems tired. Our “cottage” had no view, had bugs in the screen door, and we paid a fortune per night!! Dinner was mediocre, breakfast had lots of options but nothing exceptional but for the glazed raised donuts!

Breakfast w.as fine.
Dinners were not very good. (You were forced to eat at the Red Mill (on property) since the better restaurant was only open once or twice during the week. Red Mill service was not good and the food not so good. Had to send food back since it was inedible. It was only grilled chicken and it took 1/2 hour to be recooked. One of our family members had the same problem at lunch the day before.

Beautiful location, everyone was super nice
didn't care for the two single beds jammed together to make a queen, the additional fees for everything

Unfortunately I found the breakfast disappointing. The sausages were hard as rocks and the pancakes were unedible. I totally understand the COVID crisis, but that’s no excuse for poor food.
The idea of the food trucks is fine but the menu was very limited. What about a pizza truck?? There’s only so many times you can eat the same food.
And please could somebody clean the seagull poop off the water trampolines! It was positively disgusting.
