oh my! this was one of my favorite trips to NH ever and we usually come 4 times a year! I've never stayed here before but i can't wait to stay again!! Upon checking in EARLY, they upgraded our room AND left birthday balloons in my room for me! Seriously, it could not have been better. Thank you so much for the best weekend!!!

The location was in a very commercial heavily trafficked area. Traffic noise disrupted sleep and permeated entire visit which was NOT relaxing.
Your brochure photo on website was super misleading. The photograph shown made it look like a lodge near mountains. It did not show that the location was very commercial in the midst of noisy traffic. I was horrified and extremely disappointed. I feel that you mis represented the place in the photo.
Commercial location was terrible when we were expecting mountain rural retreat as depicted in your photo. Traffic noise permeated every moment. We paid for queen double room and room #14 was double with full beds. One bedside reading lamp was missing knob and was unusable. Place seemed a bit run down.

The location is great, friendly staff the restaurant next door was good, the pool was good, owners on site which is awesome. Pretty good place for the price 👍
The hotel can improve their cleaning practices, we found residues of food on the rug, a lot of spider webs on the ceiling, a few very visible stains in the toilet and tub.

I liked having a balcony
the room was not clean with a lot of maintenance needs. outdated and dusty after 6 years of going here nothing changes that’s for sure. lol every year we come back because it is the closest to Loon, and always has openings last minute. The pool was dirty, and cold, I don’t think the filter in it has ran in months. Aside from the awful beds, the pillow sucks too, we always bring extra blankets and pillows as we knew what to expect.

It was close to everything and you could walk to your destination.
Need a noise time. Kids were running on the deck above our room till way after midnight. People were also loud coming into their rooms at 1 am.

Pub was not open. No light on balcony. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

super friendly staff and great location
the beds were not comfortable, like sleeping on a rock.

Very conveniently located to the downtown and restaurants. We easily walked downtown and back each time. The room was quiet and clean. The bathroom and shower were great. the bed was a comfortable but a bit springy so if someone got out of bed, upon returning the bed would bounce, but overall a nice room.
We stayed at the main lodge and it was a bit unfortunate that the lodge back right onto the kankamangus highway (about 15 meters away). Every loud motorcycle or larger vehicle that went by you could hear. It wasn't "terrible", but you could definitely hear traffic whizzing by. May not be as problematic during a quieter season, but thought I should mention it.
