Great location very easy to find parking

Sorry can’t think of anything.
First of all the coffee machine is placed in the bathroom (we booked 3rooms all of them we’re in the bathroom ). Next is the smell as soon as you walk in and the rooms are worse. One of our rooms had wallpaper falling off the wall. Another had mold in the shower. The last room the toilet was stopped up. Overall 2.5 rating I would say the only positive was we didn’t see any hookers. We weren’t expecting the best bc we knew what we paid however, this was way below acceptable. We only stayed one night. I wish we took photos 🫤 we just wanted to get the hell out of there.

Clean and quiet
The bathroom, designed for shorter people than I. The bathtub was very odd, floor wasn't flat. Had to be careful not to lose my balance

Cigarette holes in the comforters and the furniture in a non smoking building. The air quality was poor, smelled of old cigarettes. The bathroom walls were peeling and chipped. No extra toilet paper and only less than half a roll in the room. Hard bad , bad beds
. Probably won't go there again or recommend this hotel.

The beds were uncomfortable for what we paid. Left with my shoulder hurting.

The Ramada was a low quality Motel at best! The front desk staff was not welcoming and warming and the person who specifically helped us didn’t even seem like he wanted to be at work. The room was not very clean there were stains on the right side of the main dresser and the windows were filthy also the shower curtains needed to be changed.

Parking and the Asadero Mexican restaurant net to the hotel
Noisy, lifts sometimes does not work. Dirty, very old, people fighting in hotel and police rapid respond.
On our floor appears there are resident people occupying rooms and their kids when noisy they fight and big arguments until 0200 am still going on. Kids forced their way into our room.

Very old and worn out. No pool. A few pieces of gym equipment.
No restaurant. Excellent Mexican restaurant next door.
I checked out early and moved to a other hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel to my friends without a massive facilities upgrade

the room was great but they did not listen even when I told them I couldn’t stay the extra day when I was inquiring about the rate.
the person at the front desk with glasses charged my card without stating why even after I told him I didn’t want to stay. I also left my STAMPD tee shirt at the room and they are not picking up my calls and I had to call with my bank on three way to verify they voided the transaction of the incorrect charge but it would not post to my account. I now am stuck in NJ with pending charges until the next three days. beware of these types of scams as I stated to the front I was a trust fund child and they went and showed their true colors. also I am owed 3 dollars from the vending machine on the fifth floor ! Thank you.

Update your website about the breakfast included. There was no breakfast included in this but when i confirm my bookings breakfast was included. Telephone didn’t work i try it many times and moreover i never see anyone at reception till i was there.

The blanket had holes in it and the room smelled like smoke but it was a non smoking room
