Great place to stay if you need longer stay for an affordable price without lacking in quality

Staff/employees are great, they are friendly, helpful, and approachable. The rooms are nice, beds are super comfy. Price matched for me when I extended my stay.

Maybe they could have had some bacon with breakfast?

Our stay was great! LivInn Suites made it easy!

The beds are super comfy..bathroom is very small. Love having a fridge, microwave in the room and iron. Blowdryer too..less to pack! ..but ours did not work..so I had to buy a blowdryer while in town. A/C had to be turned down to 67 to cool off the room otherwise was warm. Great parking! Friendly staff..breakfast great! Lots of options! Clean rooms!

Relaxing weekend away.

spacious, clean, quiet for the most part. warm but cooled quick/efficiently. staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had many options & was good! I was solo, but family ready! I may stay here again on another trip through that area in few months.

no pool, pop machine I couldn't use card, just snack machine. that's on me, not having cash with. the remote/TV signal worked, but there were times had to push multiple times for the signal to work.

The bed and the breakfast were great. Pillows were fluffy and comfortable

The size of the bathroom The tub was not very accessible When I came into the bathroom with my mobilty scooter there was very little room for getting in and out of it. The sink was not low enough and standing was hard.

I would stay here again!

It was beautiful, awesome location to pop in to stay the night and continue travelling!! Breakfast was amazing. Clean and awesome!!

It was acceptable for what we needed at the time.

The entrance was nice. The restaurant next door was great! Liked the water at front lobby. Breakfast was good. Nice tv in room and # of channels

The carpet in our room was sticky. Carpet outside our elevator (4th floor) was torn/dirty. Shower was only ok.

Pretty good.

Toilet was falling apart. Reported it to front desk, only to be told it couldn't be fixed until Monday, the day we left. Also, the A/C was noisy.

We arrived there earlier than expected but we were open to pay the extra fee since we just wanted to leave or small dog there, because we had somewhere else to go. We had to cancel our booking and find a different hotel which thankfully they were nice enough to take us in. Not like this one.

great value and location

A very convenient location right by the highway, also close to many restaurant options and even a restaurant next door . The breakfast was good and the area was very clean.

Parts of the building, doors and stairwell could use updating. My room had a faint smell of cigarette smoke, possibly from a time when it was a smoking room.

So glad I found this hotel and booked here. Had a great stay at a terrific price.

The room, while not huge, was large enough for 2. It had 2 closets which was nice for my daughter and I. The bathroom was nice and large with plenty of towels and wash clothes. The beds were very comfortable. Nice bedding and plenty of large pillows. The air conditioner was adequate for the room and quiet. I would suggest asking for a room on the back side of the hotel away from the freeway. The breakfast was excellent. Fresh-made pancakes, eggs, and sausage. Plenty of bread, bagel, and fruit choices. The breakfast eating room is brand new, has plenty of space and has lovely art pieces and decoration. A TV is available for viewing.

The bathroom sink drained very slowly, but we reported it and they are working on repairing the issue.

My experience there was very pleasant. I would most definitely come back.

it was clean and it had a refrigerator and microwave. I loved the free breakfast. The breakfast area was clean, and I love the designs in the breakfast area. Everything looked newly remodeled.

I really wish the property had an indoor swimming pool and a jacuzzi hot tub. That would’ve made my stay there complete. other than that, I really like the property.
